Me quedé varado inesperadamente en Shenzhen Norte (Shenzhenbei) durante la temporada alta de vacaciones y necesitaba urgentemente un lugar donde alojarme. Tras comparar varias opciones en Trip.com, este hostal destacó por sus reseñas y cumplió con creces mis expectativas. Las fotos son fieles a la realidad y reflejan el alojamiento tal como es. El anfitrión preparó las sábanas y las fundas de almohada delante de mí, lo que me tranquilizó de inmediato respecto a la limpieza. Todo estaba impecable y bien cuidado. La limpieza es una de mis prioridades al elegir alojamiento, ya que valoro mi salud, y me sentí completamente a gusto aquí. No vi plagas ni nada antihigiénico, así que si te preocupa eso, puedes estar tranquilo. El anfitrión habla inglés básico y fue muy amable. Como acababa de llegar del aeropuerto de Hong Kong a Shenzhen Norte, incluso se ofreció a enseñarme la zona. Hay muchas opciones para comer cerca; disfruté de fideos Lanzhou y tofu apestoso a solo unos pasos del edificio. Para mayor claridad, el hostal está ubicado dentro de un edificio de apartamentos y funciona con habitaciones compartidas. Al entrar, es necesario quitarse los zapatos y se proporcionan pantuflas. Hay una cómoda zona común con sofá y mesa de comedor, agua potable gratuita y artículos de aseo de cortesía, incluyendo cepillo de dientes y toalla desechable, lo cual me resultó muy útil ya que había olvidado llevar la mía. El baño es moderno y cuenta con un inodoro de estilo occidental. Cada cama tiene su propia cortina y luz individual, lo cual agradecí. También hay enchufes convenientemente ubicados junto a cada cama. El wifi funcionó sin problemas y se ofrece servicio de lavandería gratuito, lo cual es una gran ventaja para los viajeros. Hay horarios de silencio establecidos para que puedas dormir cómodamente. Durante mi estancia, reinaba la tranquilidad y nadie roncaba. El anfitrión incluso me preguntó si roncaba, lo que demuestra su consideración hacia todos los huéspedes. Los demás huéspedes fueron educados y respetuosos. Yo era el único extranjero alojado allí; el resto eran viajeros chinos que probablemente se encontraban en la misma situación, sin haber podido conseguir billetes de tren esa noche. El alojamiento es para no fumadores, lo cual agradecí mucho. El único inconveniente menor es para las personas altas. Mido 183 cm (6 pies) y tuve que encogerme un poco, ya que la cama mide unos 180 cm. Era manejable, pero es algo a tener en cuenta si eres alto. La ubicación es muy conveniente. Está al lado de la estación de tren y se puede llegar fácilmente en metro si llevas equipaje. El viaje solo me costó 2 RMB, así que no hace falta coger un taxi. Por la mañana, compré bollos de cerdo al vapor y leche de soja en un puesto cercano; el vendedor fue muy amable y la comida estaba buenísima. Por 4 dólares, la relación calidad-precio fue excelente. Si buscas un lugar limpio, económico y bien ubicado para alojarte cerca del norte de Shenzhen, esta es una opción excelente. Espero que esta reseña sea útil para quienes estén pensando en alojarse en la zona. Wi-Fi ” 所内有安静时间规定，所以晚上可以安心休息。我入住期间非常安静，也没有人打呼噜。老板还特意问我会不会打呼噜，可见他很照顾每位客人的感受。 其他住客都很礼貌、很安静。我是唯一的外国人，其他客人都是中国旅客，可能和我一样，当晚没买到火车票才临时入住。这里是无烟环境，我很喜欢这一点。 唯一的小缺点是对高个子来说床可能稍短。我身高183厘米（ 6英尺），需要稍微蜷着睡。床长大概180厘米左右，高个子可以提前考虑一下。不过整体来说还是可以接受的。 地理位置非常方便，就在火车站旁边。如果带行李，可以直接坐地铁到附近,我只花了2元人民币,完全没必要打车.第二天早上,我在附近买了猪肉包子和豆浆,老板也很友善,味道不错. 总的来说,4美元的价格性价比非常高。如果你在深圳北附近寻找一个干净、实惠又方便的住宿地点，这里是非常不错的选择。希望这条评价能帮到有需要的人。

The two single beds are big and comfortable. Location is less than 500 metre to Metro Line 12. Plenty of fruit stalls and eateries downstairs, a good dimsum restaurant is beside the Metro Station Exit D. Late checkout at 2 pm. We like the balcony for our breakfast.

The location is great. When you go out, you will easily be greeted with a lot of food and restaurant options. Train is also accessible. The front door is located infront of the street with cars so when you use didi, you can directly be dropped off into the front door. When we first came, we were confused cause the elevator can’t go up to 14th floor. Apparently, there are 3 elevators in the first floor but only 2 on the left can be used to go up to 14th floor. The right elevator wont open at the 14th floor because it is where the reception of the hotel is placed. When we went, we were asked if we are okay with one computer only. As someone who wasn’t planning to use the PC, I said it’s okay. However, when we went to the room, having 1 computer also meant we got the smaller room cut. I was so frustrated cause I read all reviews of a lot of hotels and really searched for a big cut room because we have big luggages and we were there for Christmas. I pipped on a room that was vacant when we checked in and it was a lot bigger than our room (same room type, just no pole and have 2 PCs) Mostly because our room also has this huge building pole that consumed a lot of space also. The reception was nice and friendly though. She helped us carry our bags. However, the room itself was clean but you can smell the particles/dust of smoke that the previous user left. It isn’t direct smoke smell but as someone who is very allergic to smoke, our nose can pick up the particles itself like the dust that came from the cigar specially in the computer chair. So it didn’t smell like cigar but the particles left made us allergic and sneezing for the entire stay. I told the reception the next day and they cleaned and used a device to remove smoke in the room. I really appreciated this since it lessen out sneezing throughout the night. However, the smoke smell was evident when you go out of the room. Most probably because other guests are smoking outside or at the reception itself. Kind of sad because it says in the listing that this property was a non-smoking room. Which if they said that someone is able to smoke, I wouldn’t even consider the property in the first place. Contrary to other reviews, I saw a robot in the basement that was able to deliver food by itself. I’m not sure if it can go up to the hotel because we didn’t try but the robot was functioning and was able to deliver food in other floors. Overall, the stay was great. Amenities were there such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe and others. Just frustrated because we got a smaller room cut (the image looks big because of mirrors) and smells like cigar even though I also noted in my booking that I have a very bad allergy towards cigarette. Oh, and the other reviews were right, if you are sensitive to noise, you need to double think before booking because the cars and the street noise can really be heard in the room. For someone who is not sensitive to noise that much, it wasn’t a concern for me. The pillows and bed was great and comfortable :) There’s also a refrigerator in the room.

The service was very good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bunk was very clean and the room as well. The only thing not 100% clean was the bathroom, but it was still very much okay. It's as one would expect from a shared hostel, so it was up to the expectations, even exceeding them. The hostel staff was incredible, very kind and helpful. Thr amenities were good, there was shampoo and body wash for communal use. However, remember to bring a towel, as those aren't provided. The location of the hostel is also amazing, just a couole of minutes to the metro station and from there it's possible to get anywhere. There are some shops and restaurants around the hostel too, so it's very convenient.

Excelente ubicación, a solo 1 minuto de la salida A del metro de Yannan. Sin embargo, para quienes lleven equipaje pesado, recomendamos usar la salida C con ascensor, ya que de lo contrario tendrán que subir los 75 escalones de la salida A cargando las maletas. La luz nocturna de la habitación se activa con el movimiento; se enciende incluso cuando te mueves mientras duermes.

Cama. Los muebles del armario están deteriorados, pero el lugar es amplio, cómodo y luminoso. Su relación calidad-precio es excelente. Ubicación conveniente cerca del metro. Hay tiendas de aperitivos, restaurantes económicos y grandes centros comerciales y calles peatonales. Un lugar agradable.

This is a honest review about Jufuyuan Apartment. The location is around 10 minutes away from Dongmen Pedestrian Street and the grocery store but there is a 24/7 convenience store located downstairs. Upon check in I asked the lady boss why there was no sofa compared to the pictures on the website as she told me different rooms have different layouts. There was a problem with the AC on the living area that is why the guy boss had to adjust the room temperature for us to sleep comfortably. It can sleep 4 people as we were billeted on the 31st floor. The guy boss was so kind as to help me order items from taobao as I needed to order items from the app and my alipay wont connect to the taibao app that is why I asked him to use his app and he ordered for me. He also helped me to look for a key duplicating store on the last day as I stayed there for 5 days. But I can't say much about the lady boss(his wife) as we asked her for help on the last day to book a didi taxi since I don't know how to use the app. She didn't help me and told me to ask someone downstairs to book it yet the guard didn't know how to either. We can speak mandarin but I find the attitude of the lady boss not so good compared to his husband who was so kind to help me out. Good thing a taxi stopped by and we were able to catch a ride to the port going back to HK. It was raining then so we had to take a taxi back to the port. Location wise it is okay if youre not with seniors as my parents had a hard time going to the Pedestrian street(30 mins walk from them). There was typhoon for 2 days so we didn't go out. My parents were sick but the good thing is there was a hospital in front and a pharmacy besides it, wherein I bought medicines and food for them. Subway is around 200 meters but you need to carry your stuff going down as there was no escalator going down only up. 4 Restaurants were across the apartment. There were several small roaches that they really need to disinfect the room as I saw them crawling on the wall. Most units then were not occupied as it was lean season but saw some units have a balcony wherein ours didn't have any. If not for the kindness of the guy boss I would say I still had a pleasant experience staying there. The apartment is more of an Airbnb type that you have to provide everything. No water or tea was provided during our stay. There was a washing machine besides the bathroom which helped us to wash our clothes when we were there.

Nos vinimos de Foshan aquí en carro y fue fácil encontrar el edificio. El Didi nos dejó enfrente pero el edificio tiene un letrero enorme con su nombre. Se entra por la calle de a lado. La primera puerta es para entrar a los departamentos y elevador. Pero hay que ir a la puerta de la derecha que es la recepción. Ahí te dan un código QR para agregar en WeChat. Sentí que No hablan mucho inglés pero yo llegué hablando mandarín. De ahí el encargado te escribe en chino por WeChat para darte tu habitación, contraseña y lo del wifi. La habitación siento que sí se parece a las fotos. Abajo en frente hay muchísimos lugares de comida y baratos. Atención médica, farmacias, spa y 2 supermercados. Olvidé tomar foto a la habitación. Al encargado le hice unos comentarios de la limpieza y me ofreció limpieza diaria y enviarme los insumos que necesitáramos. La cama es un poco dura o plana, puse la toalla y ya pude dormir mejor. El baño es occidental pero estilo chino con la regadera a un lado sin separación. Hay lavadora en la habitación y te dan jabón en unas bolsitas. Tmb te deja cepillo de dientes, peine y rastrillo. Hay campana extractora pero no hay parrilla eléctrica. Sí hay tetera para el agua, tazas y vasos de cristal. Sí tiene un mini refrigerador que para mí es el plus.

La habitación es muy buena, la ropa de cama se cambia para cada huésped y cuando entras por primera vez, la sala de estar es súper grande y puedes sentarte en el balcón y mirar la vista nocturna de enfrente. Hay estantes superiores e inferiores en la habitación, pero es muy espaciosa. Conocí a dos compañeros de piso que fueron muy amables e incluso me prestaron champú. El propietario era un poco tonto, pero parecía muy interesante. Incluso me compró un poco de helado, pero desafortunadamente no comí ninguno. El baño también estaba muy limpio, todos fueron muy amables, me quedaré en Xingji nuevamente la próxima vez, fue una gran experiencia de alojamiento familiar. Por cierto, la vista nocturna de Shenzhen es súper hermosa.
