«Room was big and clean with a huge and comfortable onsen tub for the whole family. A short walk away from the train station, souvenir and eatery street as well as onsen park. Hotel had fish spa and onsen cooking station for a holistic experience. Will recommend!»

«the room is nice and comfortable. there aren’t any Muslim-friendly breakfast options like boiled eggs, but that’s understandable. for non-Muslims, the breakfast selection is actually quite good. unfortunately, the view isn’t great because a new building is being constructed next door, which blocks it. the location is a bit far from the Luodong bus transfer station, but it’s fairly close to the railway station about a 10-minute walk. the walk doesn’t feel long because there are many stores along the way. the hotel is conveniently located between PX Mart and Family Mart, and there’s also a self-service laundry right in front of the hotel if you need to do laundry. overall, it was a comfortable stay.»

«Me pareció un hotel estupendo. Lo único malo es que escogí la habitación más barata y por ello era de las más pequeñas, y no tenía sitio ni para una pequeña mesa con asiento para poder trabajar con el ordenador. Pero claro, no es eso lo que se suele buscar en una habitación de hotel :) Pero bueno, tampoco había mucho sitio para abrir la maleta. Tuve que abrirla en el baño, que era más grande que la habitación. La cama, comodísima. Me gustó la almohada.  El baño, enorme, y lo que más me gustó, la bañera tipo onsen, con agua caliente termal. ¡Un lujazo!  El desayuno muy variado y muy completo. El spa, genial. Tranquilo. Relajante. La pena es el horario, de 14:00 a 22:00. Estaría bien que se pudiera usar también por la mañana. Vi que por la mañana lo vaciaban y limpiaban, pero no sé cuanto tiempo puede durar dicha limpieza.  Por cierto, me llamó la atención una mala traducción que da un poco de miedo... :D En vez de sauna, en inglés, han puesto ”horno”. ¿no da miedito? Una estupenda relación calidad/precio.»

«Debido a que el aire acondicionado de la habitación occidental no hace mucho frío, se necesita un ventilador eléctrico. La cama es tamaño king y es cómoda. La bañera del baño es grande, por lo que pueden bañarse 3 personas juntas sin estar abarrotadas. Hay su propio estacionamiento y hay un estacionamiento en el vestíbulo antes de ingresar a la habitación. En general, el ambiente no es muy bueno. muchos pequeños defectos Sin embargo, como el precio es más favorable para estancias de vacaciones, a las personas exigentes puede no gustarles.»

«This is the best hotel throughout my stay. There is private hotspring in the room. The breakfast variety would blow your mind, love it! Do take note Wedn night till Fri 3pm the public hotspring under maintenance.»

«A family of 5: the kids enjoyed the room with the slide v much. The 3 queen beds(2 on upper loft) and 1 on lower floor were very comfortable, pillows offered decent support. A fan was provided in room to circulate the air. Kids really enjoyed sliding down but sound proofing of the room not that thick so we were told that the kids were too noisy. The staff were v helpful with the carpark arrangement at a separate site, we didn’t have to worry abt getting a carpark lot on all 3 days.  Not so great: The Minsu’s toilet has no non-slip flooring or bathmats inside so hard to dry the toilet floor after a shower. Shampoo & body soap provided though. No shower curtains. Staff didn’t make up the room although we hung the tag to clean room. They did apologise when we asked abt it.  All in all, a restful stay, with good space for the family with our 2 luggages opened on the sofa. Would recommend if kids are young & would love the slide room. Walking distance to Luodong Night Market too.»

«the hotel was located a little further away from the downtown area, but it's a walking distance from there & the train station (~12 mins). in a very safe neighbourhood as it's near the hot spring park so there will always be someone around. the room is very big and the hot spring in the room was just a huge huge pamper for myself after a long day exploring / hiking. the staffs were all super friendly and helpful 😊 i didn't order breakfast when i booked the hotel but they still provide very basic breakfast meal for you (they even deliver it to your room so that you can have breakfast in bed 🥺). the food they provide is also v delicious. highly recommended to stay here as it is easily one of my favourite and most memorable hotels!»

«這次入住房型是豪華四人房，是樓中樓的房型！但樓梯蠻高的，不建議老人來住，連年輕人走樓梯都會覺得危險了🤣但我們家10歲的小朋友很喜歡！還吵著要自己睡樓上，對小孩來說挺新奇的，有種閣樓上的神秘小房間的感覺👍 中間有個客廳，沙發大概可以坐4-5人，一起在中間吃飯很讚！ 房間也蠻大的，兩個房間各有一台吹風機，風量蠻小的，但意外的吹乾時間不長！ 還有個小廚房的檯面及小流理台，廁所空間也很大，還有浴缸👍 早餐的部分是給一人一份，內容物是一杯紅茶、水煎包2顆、古早味蛋餅1塊，中規中矩。 距離羅東夜市走路10分鐘，羅東火車站就在旁邊走路約3分鐘👍 旅店外面是別人的停車場，我們是連假去的，停車一天是250元，是不能自由進出的，若在5小時內要出入就自己去繳費機繳費即可，50元/小時»

«Excellent hotel to stay - we got an upgrade to a larger room, which was a really nice gesture from the hotel. The room was very spacious for me and my Godson - it is very near to Luodong Night Market (abt 5+ minutes walk). We experienced the Yilan earthquake during our stay, but felt safe in the hotel despite the shock.»
