«Love this hotel even though the location is terrible, i love the staff, the hospitality, the never ending events they have, went to the rooftop bar to sit and chill with vouchers provided for ever 350 TWD spent. The individual onsen in each room was awesome. I stayed here twice in 2 months. Breakfast was wonderful! The waitress remembered us and our room numbers. They low-key kept a look out for a table for 6. Their restaurant was spacious, which makes the seating lesser and exquisite. Best experience ever. Will return if i go to Jiao Xi!»

«Very spacious bed and bunk, never had so much space for a hostel. Was great to have ensuite as well. Great value for the price but it's a bit hard to get to and there's not much around the place. Recommend for a quick stay here while biking.»

«The hotel should review they way how to coach bus parking matter. The big bus just park in front of the hotel lobby and the car unable to come out and pick passenger. At the end, we still have to walk down to grab the car»

«The location is not very near city but with car or taxi it is easily access to anywhere. What matters is the staff and their service. The family room we booked for 2 nights is spacious and has sufficient room to move around. However, the sewer smell is strong. We informed the staff and they rectified it immediately. The next night all good, room very clean. Thank you to staff 呂宝桂, 陈品洋，张新鸿. All 3 of them gave us the best impression, very kind, helpful and have passion for their work. Well done. Tourism industry need you more. For a place to be successful it is not about the facilities, the room but also people who work there.»
