Additionally, the breakfast offered was delightful, featuring a variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a serene retreat!

El hotel tiene una estancia maravillosa, limpia, espaciosa y muy cómoda. Uno de los puntos destacados fue el baño privado perfecto para un soda relajada después de un largo día, ofreciendo tanto privacidad como tranquilidad. El baño público era impresionante: bien mantenido y una gran manera de relajarse mientras se disfruta de la experiencia tradicional. En general, fue una estancia fantástica con el mejor de los dos mundos el lujo de un baño privado y el encanto de un público.

Enjoy the hotel freebies for complimentary tea and snacks. The best part is the in room hot spring. Because my child was not yet reach 115cm, we could not use the public hot spring. There were also two rooms on level 2 for children play and mini library. My family enjoy and there are plenty of eating spots nearby. The hotel laundry machine is under repair and luckily nearby has 24 hour laundromat

Love this hotel even though the location is terrible, i love the staff, the hospitality, the never ending events they have, went to the rooftop bar to sit and chill with vouchers provided for ever 350 TWD spent. The individual onsen in each room was awesome. I stayed here twice in 2 months. Breakfast was wonderful! The waitress remembered us and our room numbers. They low-key kept a look out for a table for 6. Their restaurant was spacious, which makes the seating lesser and exquisite. Best experience ever. Will return if i go to Jiao Xi!

Staffs were amazing! Very attentive and friendly. Give local knowledge on where to visit and what to get from Yilan. Enjoy the onsen in the room. Will be back again.

四周有田園風光非常美麗，房間裡有小型兒童遊戲器材，小朋友非常喜歡玩的都不想出門，門口有自行車車可以借，可惜因為天氣很熱，大家在陽台看風景就好！哈哈哈，浴室裡面浴缸非常大，不過大家在同萬劫完成完夠了沒有使用到很可惜，以後冬天來的時候泡湯一定很讚！很滿意的地方！晚上去羅東夜市吃東西，愜意的理由！

First time on Jiaoxi and this location is great. Lots of famous food stall within walking distance. Roof top hot spring is a great plus. No one used it in the morning I was there. The reception lady is super friendly and gave us travel tips Room is clean and the room hot tub was very comfortable to use Highly recommend to come again

Location: near the train station and car rentals. Part of the roads that lead to the hotel are not easy to walk on because they are narrow; you have to walk alongside cars and scooters. Hotel: very pretty hotel, outside and inside. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Facilities: Free flow of drinking water everywhere. The playground is very well maintained. Kids enjoy the electric car and playground very much. Many thoughtful and cute designs around the room, common area, and playground. e.g., music in the corridor, safe playground. Room: very spacious even for the smallest family room. Cute decor, e.g., the bird lamp and the small koala mirror. The mirror is very small but enough for use. Nice view from the balcony. Comfortable bed and blanket. The room had a musty smell, but they solved the problem by placing a dehumidifier inside the room. It's difficult to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner. Bathroom: transparent wall so you can watch the kids playing in the bathtub from the bedroom. Kids love the bathtub very much. There is also a shower available in a separate cubicle. However, there is mold in the hole of the water scoop. Hope they can change to something without holes to prevent mold from growing. Toilet: The toilet is separate from the bathroom, so different businesses can be done at the same time. Breakfast: Kids enjoyed their buffet breakfast. They could find something they want to eat, though they mainly choose something sugar-based. Menu repeated on day 3. All-in-all, we really love the hotel, and the kids keep saying they want to go back to stay at the hotel.
