«This hotel is outdated, you can see a thin layer of moss on the floor due to the showerhead dripping constantly, the public hot springs area has quite a few jet controllers out of order,l had to request a dehumidifier to get rid of moldy smells in the room. The breakfast was a reasonable price with an average quality, the rooftop naked spa area has beautiful night light views,also,the good thing was all the staff were super helpful for all the requests.»

«Me pareció un hotel estupendo. Lo único malo es que escogí la habitación más barata y por ello era de las más pequeñas, y no tenía sitio ni para una pequeña mesa con asiento para poder trabajar con el ordenador. Pero claro, no es eso lo que se suele buscar en una habitación de hotel :) Pero bueno, tampoco había mucho sitio para abrir la maleta. Tuve que abrirla en el baño, que era más grande que la habitación. La cama, comodísima. Me gustó la almohada.  El baño, enorme, y lo que más me gustó, la bañera tipo onsen, con agua caliente termal. ¡Un lujazo!  El desayuno muy variado y muy completo. El spa, genial. Tranquilo. Relajante. La pena es el horario, de 14:00 a 22:00. Estaría bien que se pudiera usar también por la mañana. Vi que por la mañana lo vaciaban y limpiaban, pero no sé cuanto tiempo puede durar dicha limpieza.  Por cierto, me llamó la atención una mala traducción que da un poco de miedo... :D En vez de sauna, en inglés, han puesto ”horno”. ¿no da miedito? Una estupenda relación calidad/precio.»

«La ubicación es fácil de encontrar, tranquila y el precio es razonable. La recepcionista, la Sra. Cai, fue muy amable y nos presentó las instalaciones y la información para los huéspedes. La habitación es espaciosa y el agua termal es abundante; ¡te puedes sumergir en ella en un instante! Sería genial que la habitación tuviera una mesita/mesita auxiliar, al menos con espacio para un vaso de agua y un teléfono.»

«Reservé la habitación esa mañana, pero quizás por haber reservado demasiado tarde, no recibí ninguna notificación de llegada. Cuando llamé por la tarde, me dijeron que no podían recibir la información porque había reservado a través de una plataforma. Por suerte, procesaron la solicitud rápidamente. Hay aparcamiento gratuito, pero se llena si vas demasiado tarde. Sin embargo, también hay plazas de aparcamiento en la calle cercana. Este hotel es muy económico. La habitación estaba muy limpia, la decoración era nueva, el televisor era genial (con Netflix), el secador de pelo era potente y había bañera. Sin embargo, el agua caliente tenía que subirse bastante para que se calentara; al principio la bajé demasiado y no calentaba lo suficiente.»

«Love the spacious hot spring pool in our room. Room is clean, towels are big and new, water pressure is great! They provide rubber slipper too. Room concept might not be suitable for elderly as bed is on the floor. Good to have more hooks in the room to hang clothes. We can’t drink from the tap in the room, and they provide hot/cold water dispenser beside lift instead of bottled water. Breakfast is superb! Love the cooked food~ and they have snacks and hot drinks at lobby till night hours. 10mins walk to train station and there are good food around the hotel.»

«The hotel staff at breakfast are friendly and helpful. You can select from a menu for hotel breakfast and you can also go to the buffet breakfast. You can enjoy the hot spring bath in your room or in the big public bath in the hotel.»

«the hotel was located a little further away from the downtown area, but it's a walking distance from there & the train station (~12 mins). in a very safe neighbourhood as it's near the hot spring park so there will always be someone around. the room is very big and the hot spring in the room was just a huge huge pamper for myself after a long day exploring / hiking. the staffs were all super friendly and helpful 😊 i didn't order breakfast when i booked the hotel but they still provide very basic breakfast meal for you (they even deliver it to your room so that you can have breakfast in bed 🥺). the food they provide is also v delicious. highly recommended to stay here as it is easily one of my favourite and most memorable hotels!»

«This is the best hotel throughout my stay. There is private hotspring in the room. The breakfast variety would blow your mind, love it! Do take note Wedn night till Fri 3pm the public hotspring under maintenance.»

«Debido a que el aire acondicionado de la habitación occidental no hace mucho frío, se necesita un ventilador eléctrico. La cama es tamaño king y es cómoda. La bañera del baño es grande, por lo que pueden bañarse 3 personas juntas sin estar abarrotadas. Hay su propio estacionamiento y hay un estacionamiento en el vestíbulo antes de ingresar a la habitación. En general, el ambiente no es muy bueno. muchos pequeños defectos Sin embargo, como el precio es más favorable para estancias de vacaciones, a las personas exigentes puede no gustarles.»
