We chose a room with a view of the Lanyang Plain, and the suite was very comfortable, and it was loaded with surprises and amenities. The scenery was lovely, and we even caught the sunrise over Turtle Island in the morning. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we could feel the staff’s professionalism and genuine care. If time allows, we’d love to come back again. The only downside was the dinner buffet—not very tasty, especially the grilled beef, which was so tough it couldn’t be chewed. Such a pity, but overall, the experience was very good.

We are upgraded to family room as the twin bedrooms are under renovation, but the room is facing another building. Thus, the curtains have to pull down all the time. The spread of the buffet is marvellous. The hotel has diy workshop and there's convenient shops nearby too. The only downside is that the operating hour for the open-air hot spring bath. It only opens at 8.00am, closes at 10.00pm and there's a break from 12-2pm. Other hotels' public hot spring bath have longer operating hours and there's no in-between break, which is more convenient. For example, Hotel Royal Jiaoxi public hotspring is fr 6.30-23.30. It's a plus for us to have an early bath before breakfast

Awesome hot spring hotel with spectacular view at rooftop pool, movie night and hot spring. Breakfast buffet and spacious room and in room amenities. Highly recommended and definitely will stay there again. Dinner at hotel restaurant because it’s raining, tasty and great service but feel a bit rush with 100 minutes time limit.

It’s super easy to walk to from the bus station (Jiaoxi transfer station). It took us less then 5 mins and simple stroll through the hotspring park. We have a room for three. It a queen bed and a twin. We really enjoy the in room hot springs bathtub. The coffee,drink and popsicle are available 24/7 which is very convenient. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel. Very clean. They can have more children’s activities. It’s more suitable for couples. Gym can be improved. They should have at least Yoga mats. Hotel’s hot spring is good. The breakfast is good, dinner is average. Location is average.

The hotel has various sufficient car park, either it is outdoor in front of the hotel, or it is indoor at a complex next to the hotel. The hotel also has hot spring at the basement, or inside your room. The Hotspring inside your room wasn’t exactly a hot spring, more like hot water. they are breakfast as a variety of choices, assure you try them, they are very local and traditional dishes.

Very comfortable stay in this hotel, very big room, and very high ceiling. You feel like a king in the room because the bathroom has a huge hotspring tub where you can soak in the comfort of your room. Worth coming to this hotel to just soak in the hotspring. Hotel staff quite friendly and speak good english. Only downside is that there are abt 5 steps of stairs to the entrance of the hotel and if you carry a heavy suitcase, will have to bring up and down. If you book the room across the road then you'll have to go to the other building opposite that is in the alleyway. Taiwan is generally safe, but going to find the hotel entrance (just a door) along the alley is still scary at night. Other than that, nearby have a lot of food options and the busy market streets. highly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the station, though walking wasn’t ideal during my stay due to rain. It’s a grand hotel and very walkable (3-10 minutes) to supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, and even the night market. We chose this hotel because it’s one of the few that offers dual hot and cold spring tubs in the room. Bath salts were provided for the cold spring bath and replenished daily, which was a nice touch. There was a minor issue with one of the tubs leaking, but service recovery was excellent! Housekeeping checked promptly (within 4 minutes from our call) and we were switched to another room within 30 minutes, which was very much appreciated. The room, especially the toilet area, was spacious and matched the photos shown online. While some furniture and the tubs were slightly worn, there were no hygiene issues and the bed was comfortable. No noise issue at all. Breakfast had a good spread of Western and Chinese options. We arrived close to closing time, but the staff ensured we were well taken care of, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

Estar aquí me recuerda mi infancia viajando con mi familia en el 80s. La habitación real no parece nada como los que aparecen en el sitio web. Los suelos duros significan que debes usar sus pantalones o traer tus pantalones de cuarto. El agua de primavera caliente publicitada es sólo tubos de agua de primavera calientes que entran en tu baño. Hay un paso que emula el paso de spa caliente en el baño. El desayuno era bueno con carne picada y huevos que puedes poner sobre tu arroz o porriña. Hay también leche de soja caliente. Pero no hay té caliente, sólo café. El personal parece cansado pero trabaja duro. La gente se ha vuelto a la casa de la ciudad, pero no se ha vuelto a la casa de la ciudad. La habitación era muy pequeña o confortable, dependiendo de su perspectiva. La única cosa nueva era el aire acondicionado. El TV tenía todas las configuraciones para canales pero no funcionaba. Internet Wi-Fi no funcionaba muy bien.
