«The most notable parts of our stay were the service and the hotel design. Firstly, the hotel is beautifully designed with such a peaceful atmosphere. Secondly, we experienced some issues with the amenities but the service by the front desk and other staff was excellent.
Our issue with the amenities was a shower that did not drain the used water, and therefore prevented us from using the bath tub which was meant to be the defining point of our stay at the hotel. Once the water finally drained at midnight, the drain started emitting a stale, moldy smell that filled the room.
The front desk staff were quick to understand and apologize for the issue with the amenities and stated that they would resolve it ASAP for next guest.»

«Este es el hotel más satisfactorio de mi viaje a Sichuan. Al reservar, no tenía grandes expectativas sobre hoteles cerca de la zona turística y reservé una habitación especial, pero debo decir que, desde la recogida hasta el regreso, todo se puede describir en dos palabras: increíble. «I'm so impressed with this hotel/resort. It gives the vibe of luxury and comfortability. Its location is so close to Emeishan Railway Station. If you don't carry big luggage, you could wait for the bus Line 13. It's only four bus stops away, opposite a gas/patrol station. For me, I boarded a taxi from the train station and the hotel paid for it.
The staff were wonderful and helpful to me. As I don't speak Chinese, they were eager to help, using the mobile translation app, to make sure my stay was comfortable and convenient.
The room I stayed in was huge, with two queen size beds, decorated to accommodate a family with children. I love the big private bath tub next to a wide window, allowing you to enjoy the view. It's clearly designed for families with young children. There was even a big giant teddy bear and a tipi in the middle of the room for kids to enjoy.
The hotel also has a full size swimming pool. Unfortunately, I didn't get to use it as I spent a lot of time in my huge private bath tub.
I want to give special thanks to Ms. ”Little Horse” for being so welcoming and helpful. She even gave me a bottle of drinking water when I checked out and arranged a taxi for me returning to the train station. Impressive!»

The hotel staff were all friendly and meticulous. There were even lifeguards on duty at the heated swimming pools for both indoor and outdoor.
Though it wasn't a private onsen room, the onsen facilities were easy to navigate to, and the room came with beautiful views.
Their onsen facilities were clean, and came with a wide variety. The hotel had temperature indicated for each onsen, and all indoor onsen pools had different herbal onsens. The outdoor onsen pools were pretty interesting and fun too. One was for kids that came with a water play feature, the other one was a swirly pool for adults (the swirls were pretty strong, so make sure your child is supervised by an adult at all times).
The changing rooms were also spacious and clean.
There's also a vendor in the indoor heated pool and onsen area selling snacks and drinks. You have the option of sitting and lounging around with the tables and lounging chairs available.
Our hotel room was very spacious and clean for our family of four. There are restaurants and convenience stores right beside the hotel, so meals and purchases were very convenient.
The hotel restaurant and breakfast was alright, though not fantastic compared to better food choices in Chengdu.
The hotel location is fantastic as it was just a 10-15 mins drive away to the entrance of Emeishan.
Overall, though it was only a one night stay, we had a great experience and time here.»

MM301097****La habitación era bastante grande y limpia.
La recepcionista fue muy amable. Nos dio fruta de bienvenida y nos mostró las habitaciones, que elegimos entre dos que nos gustaron. Fue muy servicial al responder cualquier pregunta que tuviéramos. También nos dio un tanque de oxígeno, que necesitábamos al día siguiente cuando fuimos a Jinding.
El desayuno también estuvo muy bueno. La recepcionista fue muy amable y nos permitió llevar algo de comer si no teníamos tiempo. ^_^
Las aguas termales también fueron muy agradables. Reservamos dos noches y nos bañamos dos veces. Fueron perfectas para relajarse después de bajar de Jinding, ya que estábamos agotados.
El hotel está muy cerca del Templo Baoguo y del Centro de Visitantes de Emeishan. Se puede almorzar y cenar en el Templo Baoguo. El almuerzo cuesta 15 yuanes por persona y está delicioso.

The hospitality we experienced was exceptional. Our host went above and beyond, assisting us with everything we needed. He even provided transportation and cooked delicious meals for us, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient.
Our room was nothing short of spectacular. We were given a top-floor suite, boasting a spacious terrace with panoramic views. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery.
The breakfast each morning was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return.

UUsuario invitadoWhat an amazing stay. First time in Emei and while this isn't a walkable hotel, the hotel staff took such good care of me. They helped organize taxis, tea farm visit, rides to the bus station to get to the summit and Qingyin Pavilion, food everyday for breakfast and dinner (I'm celiac and they were able to serve me food every day twice a day that never made me sick, very impressed). The hot springs in the room stayed perfect temperature all the time and were a great nourishment after long day to the summit or hikes. They even did a tea service for us when asked about tea. Well worth the cost and then some. Make sure to get WeChat so that you can message them, that's where all the coordination and help happened the easiest (since I don't speak Chinese).

- the location is fantastic with lots of hiking nearby and easy to get to the buses for Mt. Emei
- the staff are very friendly
The bad:
- the hotel is definitely looking tired and dated: chipped woodwork in the rooms, flaking paint on the balcony.
- only one of the many bars is open. Everytime we wanted to order something we were shown a huge menu, only to then be told most things were not available - this included wines, beers and food.
- the hotel was incredibly quiet with the restaurant and bar being completely empty most of the time we were there. Whilst not the hotel’s fault, it dead mean a complete lack of atmosphere.
- various items were listed as included when booking with Trip.com - none of them were available or in fact included.
- when advise was needed from reception: the information given was often not accurate. The staff were wonderfully friendly, they just did not seem to have accurate information or to check it.
Overall: this was the most expensive hotel booked during my three week tour of China and the most disappointing. I would unfortunately not recommend, especially in low season.

Staying here feels like being immersed in a natural “forest oxygen bar” — waking up in the morning to fresh air rich in negative ions is incredibly refreshing. The breakfast is enjoyable with good variety, and in the evening, soaking in the forest hot springs is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating.
Overall, it was a very comfortable and tranquil resort experience. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

UUsuario invitadoThe perfect accommodation for relaxing in the mountains and visiting Mt Emei as a foreigner. Our villa had a beautiful view, lots of space and was very clean and modern. Our highlight was the hot tub on our balcony fed by fresh spring water.
The hotel is very helpful and offers all the services you need. Their driver picked us up and dropped us off at the Emeishan high speed rail station for free (the hotel is a 20 minute drive away in the mountains). For an additional small fee, they also transported us to and from the Mt Emei shuttle bus service (20 minute drive away).
The meals were very good. We were provided good breakfast (noodles and platter of fruits, vegetables eggs etc) and bought dinner both nights.
If you are a foreigner staying here, recommend that you bring extra cash as we had some difficulty paying with our foreign card on Alipay. Also be prepared with your translation app if you don't speak Chinese.
