Está situado en una ubicación estratégica, en pleno centro de la ciudad donde se encuentra el Buda Gigante (a unos 800 m de la puerta de entrada).
La calle peatonal donde se encuentra el hotel tiene una iluminación preciosa y colorida por la noche hasta las 23:00.
Xiaoyan, el personal del hotel, es muy amable y me acompañó a mi habitación, explicándome todo sobre su funcionalidad. El registro de entrada también fue muy eficiente. Gracias.

Aunque no era una sala privada de coches, las instalaciones de coches eran fáciles de navegar, y la habitación vino con hermosas vistas.
El hotel tenía temperatura indicada para cada estante, y todas las piscinas interiores tenían diferentes estanterías. Las piscinas exteriores también eran muy interesantes y divertidas. Una era para niños que vinieron con una función de juego de agua, la otra era una piscina giratoria para adultos (las giratorias eran bastante fuertes, así que asegúrese de que su hijo está supervisado por un adulto en todo momento).

UUsuario invitadoExcelente ubicación y muy limpio todo el hotel. El personal fue realmente increíble: súper servicial y amable; se desvivieron por brindar un servicio excepcional y merecen una gran bonificación. Había algunos insectos en la habitación y algunos en el pasillo, pero todo lo demás estaba en perfecto estado. Fui a recepción a pedir almohadas y esperé un rato sin nadie, pero aparte de eso, la experiencia fue maravillosa en general.
Todo el personal se merece una GRAN bonificación por mi familia de 9 personas. Sin duda, recomendaría este hotel a otros. Espero que puedan mejorar lo que dije. ❤️ Gracias por toda su ayuda.

QQuanquanquanLimpieza: La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, y nuestra habitación daba a las montañas con unas vistas fantásticas.
Entorno: El hotel es espacioso y cuenta con un hermoso paisaje. Me encantó especialmente la cafetería en la ladera y el lago frente al restaurante; realmente parecía un resort. La última vez que vine, era verano y jugué en el arroyo con amigos. Esta vez, llevé a mi familia, y el nivel del agua, más bajo en invierno, le dio un encanto único.
Instalaciones: Las instalaciones del hotel son completas y el aparcamiento es cómodo. Dado el amplio terreno, se pueden alquilar bicicletas eléctricas para facilitar el acceso.
Servicio: Nuestra mayordomo, Xiaoxin, fue muy servicial y me agregó a WeChat antes del check-in. Respondió rápidamente, y quedamos muy agradecidos. Coincidiendo con el Año Nuevo *****, el hotel preparó varias actividades festivas para los niños, que fueron muy divertidas.

The bad:
- the hotel is definitely looking tired and dated: chipped woodwork in the rooms, flaking paint on the balcony.
- only one of the many bars is open. Everytime we wanted to order something we were shown a huge menu, only to then be told most things were not available - this included wines, beers and food.
- the hotel was incredibly quiet with the restaurant and bar being completely empty most of the time we were there. Whilst not the hotel’s fault, it dead mean a complete lack of atmosphere.
- various items were listed as included when booking with Trip.com - none of them were available or in fact included.
- when advise was needed from reception: the information given was often not accurate. The staff were wonderfully friendly, they just did not seem to have accurate information or to check it.
Overall: this was the most expensive hotel booked during my three week tour of China and the most disappointing. I would unfortunately not recommend, especially in low season.

Staying here feels like being immersed in a natural “forest oxygen bar” — waking up in the morning to fresh air rich in negative ions is incredibly refreshing. The breakfast is enjoyable with good variety, and in the evening, soaking in the forest hot springs is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating.
Overall, it was a very comfortable and tranquil resort experience. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

Breakfast was ok, to us it could have been hotter, it is more a Chinese breakfast witch is ok. That is what we come for. But at our age now I can't have alot of spice.... coffee was not anything special, these are just little things. The staff was very helpful on the last night as my wife got her phone nick and needed to use laptop. It took some time to explain what we needed to do. But got there in the end. Would i say there again. YES

Nunca pensé que encontraría un hotel tan fantástico al pie del monte Emei.
¡También es muy adecuado para unas vacaciones familiares!
Desde las instalaciones de hardware hasta los servicios, ¡todo es realmente genial! Es el tipo de hotel que recomienda la conciencia. El ambiente del hotel es muy cómodo. Todo el hotel está rodeado de bosques verdes. También hay recién casados celebrando una boda en el césped.
La habitación del hotel también es muy grande. Somos dos adultos y dos niños.

Me gustaría expresar mi agradecimiento especial a Krystal, quien tomó la iniciativa de contactarme cuando reservé el hotel y me preguntó si teníamos niños. Ella nos preparó suministros para niños. 了我的出行安排和需求。入住期間小梅總是提前把酒店各種活動以及周邊餐飲推薦給我，並且能夠及時解決我的各種問題，非常專業，是我住過有管家服務的酒店中最為周到和負責的，一定要提出表揚👍。五一期間酒店活動很多，能滿足孩子、長者的需求，讓不爬山的人也能在酒店體驗感滿滿。GO非常耐心且負責，我們帶孩子參與了射箭、攀巖、製作餈粑、扎染、粘土畫等許多活動，有些活動衹有我們一家，但GO也並沒有不耐煩，非常認真有耐心地指導。酒店房間床品舒適、燈光設計合理，勞累一天後保證了良好的睡眠。餐廳五一期間自助餐豐盛，五一後點餐也很好，雖然品種略少，但都是現做，保質保量。電瓶車服務及時周到，且非常客氣有禮貌，即使五一期間也能保證不久等，這點非常難得，超越了國內許多連鎖大牌親子酒店的電瓶車服務👍最後要特別感謝酒店發現我遺忘了物品，第一時間與我聯繫且幫我郵寄到家並付款了郵費。今後去峨眉山一定還會選擇烏蘭度假酒店，並會向朋友大力推薦👍

RRudolph WangHotel was located at a nice, quiet neighbourhood, but still walking distances to Emeishan Train Station, which was great! Our hotel room view, facing the lake, was very relaxing. Amenities were good with Dyson hairdryer. The staff really thought things ahead by taking the initiative of filling up the hotspring tub in our room just before our arrival, so to ensure we can have a very relaxing, enjoyable stay after the whole day out to the Golden Summit of Emei Mountain. Upon checking out, we were given a small paper bag filled with local peanut candies and the lychee flavoured Mr Emei Snow soda drink. It was a very nice, warm gesture from the Hotel. Definitely highly recommended!

UUsuario invitadoGreat service from all the staff here, who took good care of our needs during our stay. The free transfer from train station to the hotel is convenient. Special mention to Mr Li, the manager of the hotel, who was easy to deal with, and he tried his best to resolve issues during our stay.
The hotel is renovated within last few years, looks good, is clean, but the functionality of the rooms is not as well designed as it could have been. Having said that, it was overall a pleasant stay.
Location of the hotel is within a short walking distance to the Tourist Centre to enter Emeishan, and is situated right next to the river. Restaurant options nearby are limited however, and many not opened, perhaps due to current low season for tourists. Hotel breakfast is descent with reasonable range of food to choose from.
