A hip and trendy boutique hotel with great service — the staff are attentive and friendly. The property has a lovely library and a community kitchen, which adds a warm, social touch. Since the hotel is very popular, it was fully booked when I stayed around New Year. Breakfast was separated into hour‑long time slots, and I chose the 9–10 a.m. slot — apparently the most popular one. The breakfast itself was nice, but unfortunately, the dining area was extremely crowded, and I couldn’t get a seat during my designated time. The queue was long, so I ended up taking a takeaway box and eating in my room, without any beverage. Although the space was packed, guests were generally polite and respectful — no pushing or food hoarding, which I truly appreciated. Still, the hotel should really consider expanding or reorganising the breakfast area, as the current setup feels quite inefficient.

If I could give more than 5 stars to XiuXi Anping, I absolutely would. From the moment I arrived, everything felt intentional and thoughtfully curated. The location in Anping is perfect—tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet still incredibly convenient for exploring the old streets, historical spots, and local food scene. It struck that rare balance between tranquility and accessibility. The space itself is stunning. Every detail—from the minimalist design to the warm lighting and carefully chosen decor—creates an atmosphere that feels both modern and deeply comforting. It’s the kind of place where you walk in and instantly feel at ease. Cleanliness was impeccable, and you can tell the hosts take real pride in maintaining such a high standard. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the hospitality. The hosts were exceptionally responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure the stay was perfect. They didn’t just provide a place to stay—they created an experience. Thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel personal rather than transactional. Waking up there was a highlight in itself. The calm ambiance, soft natural light, and quiet surroundings made it the perfect reset from a busy travel schedule. It felt less like accommodation and more like a carefully designed retreat. Honestly, XiuXi Anping set a new standard for what I look for when traveling. If you’re heading to Tainan and want somewhere that combines aesthetic, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality, this is it. I would return in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay at Kindness Day Hotel. The staff were very kind, and the private underground parking was a plus. We loved the free evening snacks, ice cream, and drink at the bar — a nice touch if you don’t want to stay in your room. Breakfast had plenty of options, and everything was well organized despite the crowds. The relaxed vibe and late check-out made it even better. Highly recommend for a stay in Tainan — would definitely book again!

Had a pleasant time in this hotel. Provided snacks and drinks daily. The male staff that was at the reception at night was very helpful in helping us call local shops and finding things. The breakfast was also delicious! Would return next time!

La habitación era muy amplia con lugares para poner nuestras maletas. El baño tiene una configuración extraña, y en lugar de una cubierta de ducha, se le da un ”cubierta de asiento de la toalla” que se supone que se debe arrastrar para mantenerla seca cuando se ducha (el agua todavía se arrastra en ella si no se arrastra bien). La parte más incómoda de la habitación fue la falta de una zona seca para llevar ropa después de la ducha. El hotel está muy cerca del mercado occidental, la calle Shen nong, y también podíamos caminar de la estación Tainan TRA cuando los autobuses habían terminado la noche. El hotel dispone de un autobús gratuito a la estación de TSR Tainan, que se encuentra a unos 3 minutos a pie del hotel. El personal fue generalmente amable, cuando se le pidió, ofreció algunas sugerencias sobre dónde comer cerca. También sirvieron para reservar taxis, masajes y enviar a los regalos de ropa adicionales. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad.

nice view nice neighbourhood, while it looks isolated on the map, a short walk across an amazing bridge and a children playground will get you to a local community with many restaurants and a bus stop to HSR or local trains. it is a nice place to stay and recharge.

Cerca de las comedoras. Toda la distancia a pie. Y también Guanziling Tourist Center justo al lado del hotel. El famoso pollo tostado también justo a pie. Pero el desayuno es justo así.

Pasamos por Tainan el domingo, y el hotel estaba justo enfrente de la estación. La habitación era sencilla y limpia. Ese día llegó un frente frío, y la temperatura solo alcanzó los 10 grados centígrados por la noche. El servicio de recepción fue excelente; nos ofrecieron bebidas calientes, lo que hizo que la velada fuera muy agradable.

La habitación es bastante amplia y el aire acondicionado, excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, al salir hay restaurantes por todas partes. Se llega a la Torre Chihkan en tan solo 5 minutos a pie. Desde la parada de autobús frente a la Torre Chihkan, se puede tomar el autobús número 98 para ir al Fuerte Anping.

La habitación era espaciosa y limpia, aunque necesita un poco de mantenimiento. El personal era amable, pero no hablaba ni una palabra de inglés. Si eres turista, te recomiendo alojarte en el centro de Tainan, ya que esta zona era demasiado tranquila para nosotros. Sin embargo, hay un bonito parque junto al hotel.
