«El hotel es precioso con un laguito interno con peces y en general más amplio de lo que esperaba. Inicialmente había reservado una habitación con camas separadas, pero al fijarme de nuevo pude reservar una excelente habitación de dos pisos (o mejor dicho con buhardilla subiendo las gradas). La cama en el piso muy cómoda.
Todo muy bien cuidado y bien mantenido; a veces son muy comunes los descuidos de mano de obra en los detalles en cadenas hoteles medio rango. Aquí todo se veía que había sido hecho mucho cariño.
Lo único que quizás no guste mucho a nosotros los occidentales es el desayuno; tiene huevos sí, pero son huevos duros (uno simple y otro curado). No tiene arroz, pero sí muchos vegetales. Lo sirven con leche, pero se puede pedir té caliente.
Por último, el staff es súper amable. Nos ayudaron con las maletas y nos fueron a dejar cuando nos íbamos, y seguramente si los hubiéramos notificado cuando llegábamos nos hubieran ido a recoger a la entrada. Como es un pueblo antiguo preservado, solo ciertos vehículos tipo golf pueden entrar; los demás vamos caminando. Desde la entrada principal son 11 minutos a pie, pero las calles son incómodas para maleta con ruedas. Si vienen, coordinen con el hotel por adelantado!!»

«La habitación estaba muy limpia y decorada con gusto. Era una casa de 300 años, renovada y con mucho carácter. La vista de Tsuki-no-Mikoto (Estanque de la Luna) era impresionante. Podíamos ver la luz del atardecer, la noche y la mañana de Tsuki-no-Mikoto. El personal fue muy amable y nos recibió al entrar y salir. «We had a wonderful stay at Hongcun Zuoxian Art Hotel! The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable with lots of seating and spots for luggage. Plastic room slippers were provided to avoid slippage in the shower as well as fabric ones for the room.
Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace and was very tasty.
There is an open lounge area for relaxing, visit with the three cats and tea tasting.
One of the staff members Huai made our visit extra memorable with her kind hospitality. She was cheerful. friendly, and informative.
We highly recommend this hotel.»

«Ubicado junto a la entrada sur del pueblo y frente al cuerpo de agua (ver foto del hotel con pancartas rojas). A diferencia de la mayoría de los hoteles del pueblo, este hotel ha conservado la arquitectura del exterior y del interior de una estructura de más de 300 años. Está bien mantenido con comodidades modernas y un bonito jardín bien cuidado lleno de plantas bonsái. El desayuno chino era sencillo y agradable. El menú tiene una buena variedad de bebidas y la comida era buena a precios razonables.
La habitación en la que nos alojamos era pequeña pero acogedora. Está dentro del edificio principal y justo afuera de la habitación hay una sala de lectura. Era tranquila y apenas se usaba mientras estuvimos allí.
Este no es solo un edificio único, ¡sentimos que hemos regresado a la historia!

«Un hotel excelente, con un servicio atento y un entorno precioso, que te hace sentir muy cómodo. En la zona común de la planta baja hay una especie de estufa de té donde ofrecen tamales de arroz glutinoso y batatas asadas gratis, además de fruta, aperitivos, sopa de hongos de nieve y té *****. También cuenta con una zona de caligrafía, una sala de cine y una zona de degustación de té, entre otras instalaciones de ocio, muy completas y con una experiencia excelente. La suite familiar es un dúplex pequeño, bien distribuido y muy limpio, la única pega es que en la segunda planta hacía un poco de calor incluso con el aire acondicionado apagado. El desayuno merece una mención especial, con mucha variedad y la señora encargada es súper atenta y amable, ¡un diez para ella! Un hotel muy bueno, lo recomiendo.»
