«El hotel es precioso, el buffet de desayuno fue el mejor de mi viaje por Japón. Pero para lo que cost, podrían tener el detalle de permitir aparcar gratis el coche y no cobrarlo. Además cuando se llena el primer parking, tienes que ir al segundo y si vas cargado de cosas es horrible subir la cuesta hacia el hotel. Pensé que tenía acceso directo a la playa pero no. Lo que tienen es un shuttle bus que te lleva hacia allí. Algo muy positivo fue tener dos baños públicos grandes y dos piscinas (aunque solo usamos una). La habitación estaba muy limpia, menos la zona del grifo del lavabo que cuando te agachabas a beber agua veías todo *****. Deberían limpiar más en profundidad.»

«Suelo visitar Okinawa con frecuencia, pero esta vez planeaba alquilar un barco de pesca para pescar calamares, así que me alojé en este hotel durante 4 noches y 5 días, ya que está cerca del puerto. Acababa de ser renovado, así que estaba impecable. Hay un 7-Eleven en la planta baja, lo cual es muy práctico, y en la planta superior hay un amplio baño público que disfruté a diario. También hay una sauna (aunque no la usé), así que la recomiendo a los amantes de la sauna 😊. Justo enfrente hay una farmacia y un supermercado, así que si olvidas algo al hacer la maleta, puedes conseguirlo fácilmente 😊. Sin embargo, no hay muchos restaurantes buenos cerca (no lo comprobé), así que desayuné y cené en el bufé del hotel una vez cada día. Estaba sorprendentemente delicioso (aunque suene grosero decirlo), así que la próxima vez que tenga la oportunidad de alojarme aquí, sin duda elegiré un plan con comidas incluidas 😊 Además, todo el personal fue increíblemente amable; incluso accedieron a mi petición, un tanto egoísta, de que me trajeran los calamares que pesqué, por lo que les estoy muy agradecido. ¡Muchísimas gracias! «El hotel es un complejo con una estación de autobuses exclusiva, a la que se puede llegar directamente desde el centro de Okinawa tomando la línea YK888. El hotel también dispone de un servicio de traslado en autobús gratuito al acuario, pero es necesario respetar el horario. Éramos cinco alojados en el tatami. Tuvimos que hacer nuestras propias camas de tatami, pero el colchón todavía era muy suave y no tan duro como esperábamos. La habitación es grande, frente al mar cuando te hospedas, el hotel cuenta con un restaurante de comida rápida y las aguas termales y la piscina son gratuitas. ! El hotel también puede comprar entradas con descuento para el acuario en la recepción. ¡Muy recomendable!»

«The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms, the facilities, the common areas. It is a plus they have complimentary water and iced/hot water dispensers in each floor. the spa was SO fantastic, although children are very very noisy. However, the jacuzzi is all worth it. The beach is VERY pretty, fantastic for a stroll. The room has a glorious sea view, and the bed, table and chairs, safety box, bathroom are top notch. The only but I would give to the room is that the bed is a bit too soft (mattress). Pillows, bedding, etc … lux quality. The parking facilities are fantastic too!! Overall we had a great stay. Arigato!!»

«We had spent 4 nights at the hotel during the Golden Week which might have influenced the perception of service, but not dramatically. Among the advantages of the hotel are: nice spacious rooms (ours had a stunning sea view); generally good location with beautiful nature and access to the beaches where you could actually swim (not a given on the island) - at least until the tide goes too low; reasonably good food across the restaurants with rather friendly prices; stylish bar with quality drinks. Among the disadvantages are: very non-Japanese service (generally not very helpful, with low penetration of English among the staff) and lack of attention to detail that could make the resort actually very nice - again, not very typical case for Japan. A few pieces of advice to the management: 1. Bring the option of in-room breakfast. If a guest is sick and can’t go down, it’s impossible to order in-room breakfast on the day, while rooms service opens at 11:30. Same frustration goes to the coffee stall downstairs that doesn’t serve coffee during earlier breakfast hours 2. Consider equipping rooms with coffee machines and contemporary electronics - low costs to take, yet massive disadvantage for the 5* status for not having them 3. Pay more attention to room service: we spent 48h without shampoo and shower gel. Our glasses were washed occasionally. New bottles of drinking water arrived only once. 4. Fix the beach! The amenities there look like a poor community beach area, especially those shameful umbrellas. You have reasonable amenities at the pool - why not spreading them to the beach areas to make them feel more like a resort rather than public beaches that no one gave any care? 5. Gym and SPA amenities could use a bit of refreshment. I won’t mention SPA service itself which might be a result of poor luck with the specific technician 6. Empty mini bar equals lost revenue. You could easily cover the modifications above through adding more options for people to enjoy drinks at their balconies. What makes staying in Japan truly special - genuine care and attention to every detail - was completely missing over our stay at this Hyatt. In fact, we consistently had that feeling “this could actually be really nice” and then something would go terribly wrong with the awkward service. The hotel that looks like 5* on pictures leaves a 3* aftertaste at max. I am only writing this because I felt it didn’t have to - those are easy aspects to fix.»

«Wonderful hosts.I stayed in the attached two-story townhouse. Upstairs was a roomy bedroom with 3 big-sized single beds. Downstairs had a new bathtub/shower combo in the bathroom. and roomy kitchen had all modern amenities and served as the family room. Great outdoor space for a BBQ or just to relax with some snacks and drinks. Best part was my dog could enjoy being inside and outside with no restrictions. Just be considerate with your pet. (pay pet fee upon check-in ¥1,100) Breakfast was delicious.»

«I had higher expectations for this stay and was a bit disappointed. Firstly, the location of the resort is not great, it’s on a loud highway which makes noise an issue but also makes it extremely difficult to navigate as you can’t turn right across the large highway. We treated ourselves to the buffet one morning and wish we didn’t, there was limited selections for food and the sashimi was far from fresh. We were given a table reservation card and once sat down with our food were asked to move by the staff so another guest could have our table? Very odd and once questioned the staff changed their tune and no longer wanted to move us - seemed the other guest was getting preferential treatment. Parking was also paid which was not clear on the initial listing. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was only cleaned on one day, beds were not even made and rubbish wasn’t taken out - very strange for a 5 star. We only realised staff had been in because toilet paper had been replenished. I was very excited for this stay and was a bit let down, views are nice though!»

Algunas puertas de los gabinetes se cayeron al tocarlas, pero aún así está muy limpia y ordenada. El mar en el hotel es hermoso, el mar de cristal y hay varias instalaciones recreativas. Incluso si fuimos en invierno , hacía demasiado frío y no jugamos. Los niños cavaron en la arena. Lo malo es que cuando miras las fotos se ve que las camas se pueden armar, pero no se pueden armar en el sitio. Además, la ubicación del piso de la habitación reservada por Ctrip no era muy buena.»
