«This is an instagrammable hotel that offers quality service. From checking in to checking out you will be assisted by the staff. There is an open beach a few steps away with 2-3 cafe shops. One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick.
I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!»

«After carefully weighing the options between the Horizon Club Room and the 2-Bedroom Residence, we chose the Residence and could not have been happier with our decision. The enormous extra space, privacy, and comfort made it the perfect choice for our stay. For families or groups traveling together, I highly recommend considering the Residences.
A special mention goes to Mr. KAKI, the Residences Manager. From check-in to check-out, he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. His constant presence and willingness to assist elevated our experience from a 5-star stay to what truly felt like a 6-star experience.

This was my first time at Jinshi and I enjoyed everything about this homestay hotel. The location, the natural simplistically of their modern and fresh decor, the comfortable furniture, the bath in main room area, the rooftop lounge space, and the friendly staff. I’ve already booked my second stay and will definitely recommend it to all my future Dalian visitors.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at Four Seasons Hotel Dalian was nothing short of exceptional, defined by genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality.
We were deeply touched by the personal welcome from the General Manager, Mr. Wayne Tan, whose gracious presence and attentiveness set a wonderful tone for our stay. It is rare to encounter such hands-on leadership, and his warmth truly made us feel valued as guests.
Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to the Guest Relations team—Adale, Samantha, and Kakakoo—who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendliness, professionalism, and sincere care created a welcoming and heartwarming atmosphere throughout our stay.
In addition, we would like to commend the room cleaning lady for her meticulous attention to detail. She consistently ensured that our room was immaculate and thoughtfully replenished our drinking water daily, which we greatly appreciated.
Overall, this stay perfectly reflected the hallmark of the Four Seasons brand: exceptional service delivered with genuine care. We are truly grateful to the entire team and look forward to returning in the future.

Usuario invitadoLa ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, mi primera opción para invitar a amigos de fuera a visitar Dalian. Justo enfrente está el puente de la bahía de Xinghai, y por la noche, el espectáculo de luces es absolutamente fascinante. Los amaneceres también son hermosos, aunque lamentablemente me perdí la puesta de sol por una nevada inesperada durante mis dos noches de estancia... ¡Tendré que volver para verla!
Me encantó la señorita Dansey. Había comentado que mi hijo celebraba su cumpleaños y pedí una habitación en un piso superior, y no esperaba que una simple nota se convirtiera en una sorpresa tan grande. La habitación estaba decorada de forma muy romántica, con luces de cumpleaños, adornos y pétalos en la cama, y un pastel de cumpleaños de cortesía del hotel. ¡Todo fue inolvidable para el niño! Al hacer el check-in, nos dijeron que nos regalaban un pastel, y cuando les dijimos que el cumpleaños del niño era al día siguiente, nos trajeron otro pastel de terciopelo rojo, diciendo que era para que probáramos cuál nos gustaba más.
El desayuno era sencillo pero delicioso, especialmente la tortilla hecha al momento con huevo, ostras y repollo (no sé cómo se llama), ¡la recomiendo encarecidamente!

At that time, a staff member named Leo Liu warmly welcomed me and assisted me in fluent Korean and English. Thanks to him, the check-in process was very smooth, and he even upgraded my room. I was very happy to stay in such a wonderful room during my trip.
He also kindly offered complimentary breakfast, which I truly enjoyed. In addition, he explained nearby sightseeing spots in detail using a map, which was very helpful for my trip.
Leo Liu was extremely kind, attentive, and proactive in understanding what guests need. His thoughtful service made my stay in Dalian truly enjoyable and memorable.
If I visit Dalian again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Leo Liu for his excellent service

그때 Leo Liu 직원분이 반갑게 맞아주시며 유창한 한국어와 영어로 친절하게 응대해 주셨습니다. 덕분에 체크인을 수월하게 진행할 수 있었고, 객실도 업그레이드해 주셔서 매우 훌륭한 방에서 편안하게 머무를 수 있었습니다.
또한 아침 식사를 무료로 제공해 주셔서 매우 만족스러운 식사를 즐길 수 있었고, 주변 관광지에 대해서도 지도를 보며 자세히 설명해 주셔서 여행에 큰 도움이 되었습니다.
Leo Liu 직원분은 매우 친절하고 세심했으며, 고객이 필요로 하는 부분을 먼저 파악해 배려해 주는 모습이 인상적이었습니다. 덕분에 대련에서의 짧은 일정 동안 매우 행복한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다.

Sin embargo, tanto el servicio como las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. En primer lugar, las instalaciones no es que sean solo viejas; el aire acondicionado no enfriaba y la habitación estaba demasiado calurosa. Además, el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido tremendo. La luz del armario también hacía un ruido ensordecedor. Es la primera vez que me encuentro con un hotel así.
El primer día, después de la limpieza, no repusieron el agua ni las bolsitas de té, pero las pedí por teléfono y me las trajeron.
