«Estaba impresionado con este hotel. Pensé que la habitación de vapor y los tubos calientes/refrigerados eran excelentes. Un tratamiento durante el tiempo de invierno. La habitación era muy limpia y las camas estaban cómodas. Muy tranquilas en la noche. Caterings para desayunos para sabores asiáticos pero me gustaba. El café era excelente.»

«After carefully weighing the options between the Horizon Club Room and the 2-Bedroom Residence, we chose the Residence and could not have been happier with our decision. The enormous extra space, privacy, and comfort made it the perfect choice for our stay. For families or groups traveling together, I highly recommend considering the Residences.
A special mention goes to Mr. KAKI, the Residences Manager. From check-in to check-out, he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. His constant presence and willingness to assist elevated our experience from a 5-star stay to what truly felt like a 6-star experience.
Having spent the previous two weeks traveling throughout Northeast China and staying at several other 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that Shangri-La Dalian stands out as one of the finest hotels we encountered in every respect.
Some highlights of our stay:

«Pullman Dalian is an excellent hotel, especially because of its location. Many great restaurants, a night market, and the Pavilion shopping mall are all within walking distance. There is also a Lawson convenience store nearby that operates 24 hours, which makes it very convenient to buy anything you might need.
The staff were also extremely kind and helpful. In particular, a staff member named Cathy who assisted us with check-in and check-out left a very strong impression. During our trip it happened to be our birthday, and Cathy kindly celebrated with us by preparing a cake and even helping us arrange a late check-out. She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Since it was our first time visiting Dalian, her kindness helped us enjoy the trip with peace of mind.
The housekeeping staff were also very thoughtful. The night before we had a few beers and left the studio area a bit messy, but the room was cleaned and organized perfectly the next day. We really appreciated their effort.
In addition, the beer pub located on the B1 floor was also excellent. They had live music performances, and one of the singers even sang a Korean song for us. We were very touched and truly grateful for the experience.
Dalian itself seems like a wonderful travel destination, with great food, plenty to see, and very friendly people. If any of my friends plan to visit Dalian, I will definitely recommend staying at Pullman. And if I come back to Dalian again, I will certainly book Pullman again as well.»

«A very comfortable and enjoyable experience at Bayshore.The hotel was fully booked with families on holiday, and many enjoyed the Sea World Park and fun fair rides 150m from the hotel. My room was 1912, and overlooked the bay. The room was spotless but getting a bit dated. The shower door is not sealed, so it leaks, but everthing else was fine.Air con was working very well and kept the room very cool.
Breakfast had a vast menu, but for a foreigner, the choice was acceptable but limited.
Overall, it was an enjoyable experience but expensive at £195 for a sea view double room for 2 nights staying on my own Weather was poor but did not detract from my stay..
Location excellent. Metro (2nd Hospital of Dalian Medical Uni) and Xinhai Square about 15 mins walk.»

«La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, mi primera opción para invitar a amigos de fuera a visitar Dalian. Justo enfrente está el puente de la bahía de Xinghai, y por la noche, el espectáculo de luces es absolutamente fascinante. Me encantó la señorita Dansey. Había comentado que mi hijo celebraba su cumpleaños y pedí una habitación en un piso superior, y no esperaba que una simple nota se convirtiera en una sorpresa tan grande. La habitación estaba decorada de forma muy romántica, con luces de cumpleaños, adornos y pétalos en la cama, y un pastel de cumpleaños de cortesía del hotel. ¡Todo fue inolvidable para el niño! Al hacer el check-in, nos dijeron que nos regalaban un pastel, y cuando les dijimos que el cumpleaños del niño era al día siguiente, nos trajeron otro pastel de terciopelo rojo, diciendo que era para que probáramos cuál nos gustaba más.
El desayuno era sencillo pero delicioso, especialmente la tortilla hecha al momento con huevo, ostras y repollo (no sé cómo se llama), ¡la recomiendo encarecidamente!»

YYemzyThe experience was great, when we arrived Michael at conciege did my hubby a good one by upgrading our room, we got a spatacular ocean view with a balcony, this was a great kicker for my husband lol 😆, the overall experience was lovely, the breakfast was OK although you need to add more pastries to your menu, muffins, éclairs, cup cakes, petit fours, puff pastries and the likes, just to make the breakfast more interesting, orange juice was not there you only had two flavors which were not that nice pineapple and grapefruit. and please it's always good to acertertain what the guests needs and offer great service during breakfast, help the guest in acquiring things that the hotel is offering and go and little extra to provide a good service so that the guest is happy and they would cherish their stay at you hotel.

MM53791****Instalaciones: Relativamente antiguas, con poco personal de servicio. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, pero las instalaciones de aguas termales estaban bastante viejas, con pintura descascarada y óxido en muchas superficies. Casi todas las piscinas de masaje estaban inutilizables. Muchas piscinas de inmersión estaban cerradas. La temperatura del agua en varias piscinas termales era incorrecta. La zona de descanso del segundo piso estaba poco concurrida y solo había dos filas de camas en el vestíbulo. Rara vez vi al personal cambiando camas o toallas. La sauna estaba bien, aunque no estaba abarrotada. También había zonas de pago, pero no entré.
Servicio: Regular. Como me encantan las aguas termales, me alojo en hoteles termales en todas partes. Hoy en día, el servicio en este hotel es bastante mediocre, similar al de los hoteles de cadena, o incluso peor que el de algunas cadenas hoteleras de lujo. Realmente no es bueno, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el precio relativamente alto. Sin comparación, no hay nada que apreciar.
Entorno: La playa es bonita, con zonas rocosas y arenosas, ideal para pasear. Sin embargo, la playa más cercana al hotel es gratuita, pero está demasiado comercializada, llena de alquiler de tumbonas, sombrillas, puestos de barbacoa y grandes grupos de turistas. El hotel no tiene playa privada. En resumen, la experiencia en la zona de playa es mala. Otros hoteles en Hainan con precios similares ofrecen una relación calidad-precio mucho mejor.
Experiencia general: Regular, como mucho, aceptable. Se suponía que las aguas termales y la playa eran dos de los principales atractivos, y tenía muchas ganas de ir, pero la experiencia no valió la pena. El precio estaba inflado. De los cuatro hoteles con aguas termales que visité este año, este fue el más caro, las instalaciones eran las más antiguas y estaban en mal estado, y el servicio fue el menos satisfactorio. No volveré. Con una ubicación tan excelente, con acceso directo al metro, dos tipos de playas diferentes y unas aguas termales únicas, es una verdadera lástima que la experiencia terminara así.

옐옐ㄹ🏨 헝리호텔 2박 3일 솔직 후기! 🏨
헝리호텔에서의 2박 3일, 저의 경험을 바탕으로 솔직한 후기를 남깁니다. 전반적으로 좋은 점도 많았지만, 개인적으로 아쉬웠던 부분들도 함께 정리해보았습니다! 😉
✅ 좋았던 점들
- 유연한 얼리 체크인: 호텔에 오전 11시쯤 도착했는데, 짐만 맡기려던 계획과 달리 방 청소가 곧 끝난다는 소식을 듣고 30분 정도 기다려 얼리 체크인을 받을 수 있었습니다! 이런게 바로 중국 호텔 특유의 유연함이라고 생각됩니다. 👍
- 빠르고 편리한 엘리베이터: 제가 묵었던 60층까지 운행하는 호텔 전용 엘리베이터 5대가 있어서 이동 시 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 🚀
- 웰컴 서비스: 과일 서비스도 잘 챙겨주셔서 좋았어요. 🍎🍊
- 담배 냄새 없음: 중국은 실내 담배가 되는 곳이 많아서 걱정했는데, 다행히 내부에 담배 쩐내가 업었습니다. 근데 중간에 외출하고 왔는데, 거실 싱크대 배관타고 냄새가 올라온건지 뭔가 담배+쓰레기 냄새가 좀 나던데 좀 당황스러웠습니다.
- 친절하고 꼼꼼한 청소: 중간에 청소해 주시는 분이 오셨는데, 보통 사람이 있으면 최소한으로 청소하는 경우가 많을텐데,, 그런데도 생각보다 정말 열심히 치워주셔서 감사했습니다. 🙏
- 위치적인 특성: 동방수성이 바로 옆이라 가볍게 구경가기 참 좋았습니다. 1층에 편의점 있어서 간단한 음료 및 과자 구매 가능했습니다. 근데 동강이나 동방수성을 제외하고는 딱히 매리트가 엄청 크지는 않으나 그래도 공항까지 25분 정도 밖에 안 걸려서 좋았습니다.
- 보증금 : 트립닷컴에는 보증금이 2000원인가로 나와있었는데, 실제로 가니 500원이라고 하더라구요! 생각보다 적어서 예산 문제 없이 잘 놀았고 위챗으로 결제했는데 퇴실 후 2시간 뒤에 바로 환불 잘 받았습니다! 귯!
❌ 아쉬웠던 점들
- 제한적인 온수 시스템: 가장 아쉬웠던 부분인데요, 온수기가 시스템 방식이라 온도가 떨어지면 뜨슨물이 안 나오는 중국식 시스템이었습니다. 🚿 따라서 연달아 오래 씻을 수 없는 구조라 시설 면에서 좀 마이너스였습니다. 🥶
- 부족한 주방 편의용품: 인덕션이랑 싱크대랑 냉장고, 그리고 커피포트까지 있어서 주방용품이 있을까 싶었지만 객실 내부에 전자레인지나 다른 주방용품이 전혀 없었어요. 🍽️
생수는 첫날 인원 수 맞게 4병 제공해줘서 추가로 구매했지만 다음날에 8병으로 넉넉하게 제공해줬습니다.
- 미러링이 안 되는 TV: 거실에 삼성 TV가 있었는데, 미러링 기능이 전혀 작동하지 않았습니다. 귀찮아서 문의는 안 했지만, 결국 연결을 포기했습니다.
- 그저 그런 뷰: 60층이라는 고층임에도 불구하고 뷰는… 😅 아쉽게도 앞에 공사 현장이 보이는 '공사 뷰'였습니다. 🚧 그래도 밤에는 불켜진 건물들만 보여서 시티뷰이기는 했네요!
해변뷰가 아니라 어느정도 감안은 했지만 체크인 할 때 봤던 66층 로비가 뷰가 너무 압살이라 살짝 아쉬웠습니다✨
- 와이마이(배달) : 와이마이 받는 방법을 따로 물어보지 않았는데, 객실층으로 올라가려면 카드키가 필요해서 그냥 1층으로 내려가서 받아왔습니아. 📶
📋 총평 및 개인적인 의견
전반적으로 시설은 참 좋았지만, 샤워 시스템이 아쉬움으로 남습니다. 🛁 온수 문제에 대해 알고 가시면 좋을 거 같네요..!
그 외에는 직원들의 친절함이나 엘리베이터 편의성 등은 만족스러웠습니다. 😊

SS@M@The hotel staff were very kind.our room on the 40th floor had a great view.the room was beautifully furnished.the breakfast was good.
We just few problems such as , some insects entered our room , The pillow was very soft for us and The hairdryer was weak.

UUsuario invitadoEl Crowne Plaza cerca de la estación de tren Dalian North no está lejos de la estación de tren. Está ubicado en las afueras. Se puede llegar en 15 minutos si sale por la mañana.
El hotel es muy considerado. Aunque solo estuve un día, mi estancia fue muy cómoda y considerada. Especialmente el chef que hace ramen por la mañana, su actitud es realmente muy buena temprano en la mañana y el ramen también es delicioso.
Accidentalmente dejé el limpiador facial en la habitación. Después de hacer el check out, la señora de la recepción me detuvo y me dijo que el limpiador facial estaba en la habitación, de lo contrario mi viaje posterior sería realmente problemático.
La experiencia es realmente buena.

KKalim’s worldAl entrar en el hotel, me recibieron con una sonrisa radiante y acogedora. El proceso de registro fue rápido y el personal me presentó amablemente las instalaciones. Incluso desplegaron un mapa para ofrecerme una guía detallada de los lugares más destacados de Dalian y los alrededores del hotel. La cortesía y la calidez son la esencia de su servicio. Los huéspedes no tienen por qué sentirse incómodos en esta ciudad desconocida: la atención que reciben marca la diferencia.
Si bien la marca InterContinental hace honor a su renombrada reputación, es la dedicación del personal del hotel lo que realmente le da vida. En la recepción, Grace Zhao me causó una excelente primera impresión del hotel, y su amabilidad me hizo olvidar que estaba en un lugar nuevo. Al día siguiente, Lily Xia me presentó amablemente el excelente desayuno y las especialidades locales de Dalian, ofreciéndome la oportunidad de saborearlas plenamente; ella es una de las personas que me mostró en qué consiste la ”sonrisa de Dalian” y su genuina calidez. Al terminar el desayuno, la taza de café caliente que me ofreció fue mucho más que una simple bebida: un gesto amable, como si dijera: «No dejaremos que se vaya con las manos vacías ni sin un grato recuerdo».
Personalmente, creo que el Hotel InterContinental cuenta con un equipo maravilloso. Además, es evidente que el hotel invierte de forma activa y continua en la formación de su personal. Ubicado en el corazón de Dalian, el InterContinental Dalian goza de una excelente ubicación, lo que facilita y agiliza el acceso a cualquier lugar. Sus instalaciones son impecables; durante mi visita en un día frío, disfruté del spa y el gimnasio, que resultaron sumamente satisfactorios. La oferta gastronómica también es variada, adaptándose a diferentes gustos y ofreciendo experiencias culinarias exquisitas. Asimismo, las instalaciones de las habitaciones, la limpieza y el servicio atento y amable de todo el personal son ventajas difíciles de encontrar en otros lugares de la zona. Como viajero frecuente a esta región por trabajo, puedo afirmar con seguridad que, si me preguntaran cuál es la mayor fortaleza de este hotel, no dudaría en decir que es la extraordinaria armonía entre su personal, su ubicación y sus instalaciones. Sinceramente, no me arrepiento de haber escrito esta reseña con mi nombre real. Si desean disfrutar plenamente de los paisajes, la gastronomía y la gente de Dalian, este hotel es la mejor opción. En especial, la compañía de amigas como Grace y Lily les dejará recuerdos inolvidables de Dalian. También quiero aprovechar esta oportunidad para expresar mi sincera gratitud a todo el personal del hotel que contribuyó a que mi estancia fuera cómoda y memorable.
