Hotel bien situado, recepcionistas muy amables y simpáticas, y habitación normal, limpia, buena opción para phuket town, yo volvería a repetir en ese sitio.

This was my return visit to this hostel, and I must say I was dissppointed. Last time, on another platform, I gave it an 8/10 rating, but now I think I was too generous. Besides smiling, but not good English-speaking staff (and smile doesnt always solve problems like an informed action), and affordable price, it was hard to find all those benefits I thought this hostel had. Hot water dispenser wasnt working, but even cold drinking water wasnt accessible - i had to ask the staff 3 times for somebody to refill the machine. But the next morning empty again - there should be a system in place and not counting on guests for chasing down staff to fix it whenever the water tank is empty. I say chasing as there is rarely someone at the reception. They might be cleaning the rooms (good luck in finding them), but frankly rooms werent that clean. Floors were praying for mopping, dust in the bathroom fan wanted to leave too... there was even a clearly visible stain on my bed sheet upon checking in, but the staff replaced the sheet immediately (they could have spotted it when they were making the bed the first time maybe? Locker was not working, so the member of the staff had to use knife to make it work. The other storage place was also full of some crumble, i assume it is not on the cleaning list too often. AC in the room didnt seem to work properly. There was always a feeling of the temperature being too cold, whether the tehermostat was fixed at 18 or 25 degrees Celsius, you were freezing even undet the blanket. Privacy curtains are still transparent (?), and the doors of the room close loudly. Shower was more of a drizzle - the water pressure did not meet basic requirements. In the first shower, it wasnt even warm. I entered the second one, where the heater was working better, but you could not shower with water practically just dripping on you. All in all, there are other similarly priced hostels in Phuket that offer a better service.

The hotel was excellent—clean, comfortable, and offered great value for the price. While the area isn’t ideal for leisurely walks, there’s a fantastic Korean restaurant nearby, Central Phuket Mall within walking distance, and a cozy bowl place where you can enjoy delicious açaí bowls and great coffee. Overall, it was a pleasant and worthwhile place to stay!

I came here because I had businesses to do with Vachira Phuket Hospital, and the hotel is just a block away. Nice friendly people. Very affordable

La ubicación era un poco remota y el tiempo de espera para encontrar un transporte era más largo que en otros lugares de Phuket. La habitación en sí era encantadora y mejor de lo esperado por el precio económico. Si buscas un lugar para dormir y estar fuera todo el día, este es perfecto. Es un poco ruidoso porque la calle es bastante transitada. Sin embargo, hay un 7 eleven cerca, un lugar de masajes y restaurantes. ¡Disfrutamos de nuestra estadía y el personal fue realmente muy amable y servicial! Si tienes un presupuesto limitado, ¡este es el mejor lugar para reservar!

It is a walkable distance from the airport. We stayed there due to late flight and everything was okay. Everything you need for a one night stay at the hotel.

Hay dos razones por las que no volveré a este lugar. Uno es el tinte amarillo del agua. Es del color de la orina débil, pero no tiene olor. Probablemente debido a tuberías oxidadas del edificio. Puedes verlo en la taza del inodoro y en el lavabo si lo llenas de agua. Necesitan arreglar eso. No es lo más divertido para ducharse y mucho menos cepillarse los dientes. La otra razón es el colchón de la cama, aunque parece un colchón de altura completa, sólo tiene aproximadamente 3 pulgadas de espuma en la parte superior. Después de aproximadamente una hora de estar acostado, sentí que me empezaba a doler el coxis. De hecho, utilicé la segunda almohada para colocarla a lo largo debajo de la pelvis y la parte baja de la espalda para amortiguar los puntos doloridos. Otras desventajas: suciedad/polvo en algunos lugares, algunas telarañas en las esquinas de las paredes Un buen número de esas pequeñas moscas se encuentran por la habitación. Aquí están los puntos buenos... Sin olor a humedad Amplia habitación con techo alto. Sábanas, fundas de almohadas y toallas limpias. Estoy bien con el look ”construccionista” Probablemente una de las tarifas más baratas en la ciudad de Phuket para una habitación privada. El servicio de recepción fue profesional.

El precio de la habitación en este hotel es muy económico y razonable. Creo que si vienes a dormir por la noche, disfrutarás de la tranquilidad de la habitación con los accesorios básicos. Si prefieres trasnochar, puedes caminar por la calle peatonal que no está lejos del hotel o puedes relajarte en la playa de Patong, a unos 0,8 kilómetros del hotel. Aunque me alojo en el quinto piso sin ascensor, no tengo problema en subir las escaleras. Desde la terraza del hotel puedo ver las buenas vistas desde mi habitación, es perfecto para que mi hijo y yo nos quedemos aquí un par de noches. Y puedo aparcar mi coche de alquiler delante del hotel, y me gusta caminar por la calle, y me gusta comprar algo de comida y bebida en el 7-Eleven que está al principio de la Soi del hotel.

Very clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. They let us use their washer to do laundry and gave us hangers to dry our clothes. They also have beach mats and umbrellas that you can borrow for free. They also provide water, toilet paper and tissues everyday. There was also two balconies by our room. One private balcony and one shared. Plus the hotel is less than a 20 minute walk to the beach, and with the beach mats that they provide you can have a nice relaxing day by the beach.

No reserve esto para unas vacaciones, pero es muy conveniente si está en camino del punto A al B y necesita un lugar junto a la autopista para quedarse. Está muy lejos de los distritos de entretenimiento de Windsor, como Downtown/Walkerville/Amherstburg/Sandwich, pero sin duda está bien situado si no estás interesado en el valor histórico y de entretenimiento detrás de ”Sin City” y los primeros campos de batalla contra los EE. UU. (hay más belleza en Windsor de lo que parece). Este hotel está situado justo a lo largo de la ruta de la autopista nacional entre Canadá y Estados Unidos. Toda la zona está llena de tiendas dirigidas a camioneros y conductores de largas distancias, como restaurantes de comida rápida, casas de cambio, gasolineras, etc. El hotel en sí es espacioso y limpio. El personal es muy amable y servicial. El desayuno de estos días se repone a mitad de la mañana. Las camas son cómodas. Nuevamente, está lejos del turismo de la ciudad pero en el centro de las autopistas para un fácil traslado. Zona muy segura también.
