Desde la primera vez que me registré con la casera en 2016, hasta el momento en que me registré en 2024, nos hemos convertido en viejos amigos y me siento como en casa. Desde la primera vez que solo tuve a Qinqinmao hasta ahora, Lelemao tiene más de 6 años. El viejo Fei Guan vio a Visi y se llenó de alegría al reunirse con viejos amigos. La jefa también se ha convertido en la razón para venir a Phuket y Padang. Amigos que vienen a Phuket por primera vez, les recomiendo encarecidamente que busquen a la jefa y se queden aquí. Hay vino, gatos y un hogar lejano. Espero verte la próxima vez con visi.

This was my return visit to this hostel, and I must say I was dissppointed. Last time, on another platform, I gave it an 8/10 rating, but now I think I was too generous. Besides smiling, but not good English-speaking staff (and smile doesnt always solve problems like an informed action), and affordable price, it was hard to find all those benefits I thought this hostel had. Hot water dispenser wasnt working, but even cold drinking water wasnt accessible - i had to ask the staff 3 times for somebody to refill the machine. But the next morning empty again - there should be a system in place and not counting on guests for chasing down staff to fix it whenever the water tank is empty. I say chasing as there is rarely someone at the reception. They might be cleaning the rooms (good luck in finding them), but frankly rooms werent that clean. Floors were praying for mopping, dust in the bathroom fan wanted to leave too... there was even a clearly visible stain on my bed sheet upon checking in, but the staff replaced the sheet immediately (they could have spotted it when they were making the bed the first time maybe? Locker was not working, so the member of the staff had to use knife to make it work. The other storage place was also full of some crumble, i assume it is not on the cleaning list too often. AC in the room didnt seem to work properly. There was always a feeling of the temperature being too cold, whether the tehermostat was fixed at 18 or 25 degrees Celsius, you were freezing even undet the blanket. Privacy curtains are still transparent (?), and the doors of the room close loudly. Shower was more of a drizzle - the water pressure did not meet basic requirements. In the first shower, it wasnt even warm. I entered the second one, where the heater was working better, but you could not shower with water practically just dripping on you. All in all, there are other similarly priced hostels in Phuket that offer a better service.

There were many stains on the walls and the furniture was dated for sure. The bed sheets had holes in them. The shower had a filter on it which is nice, but they should change it before it became the color it was (white to pink). This place is budget friendly but I expected a little bit more. The owners are nice, the pick up service was fairly smooth, but they only take phone calls or WeChat. I wish they'd use Facebook or Whatsapp. If you land at night (like we did) there is only a 711 close by that's open and it's 10~ minutes walk down a dark path but not too bad. AC worked well but the tv was comically small.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made it feel very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The space was also incredibly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and restful atmosphere throughout my stay. I really appreciated how serene and well-kept everything was—it made for a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, calm, and comfortable place to stay!

It is a walkable distance from the airport. We stayed there due to late flight and everything was okay. Everything you need for a one night stay at the hotel.

The hotel was excellent—clean, comfortable, and offered great value for the price. While the area isn’t ideal for leisurely walks, there’s a fantastic Korean restaurant nearby, Central Phuket Mall within walking distance, and a cozy bowl place where you can enjoy delicious açaí bowls and great coffee. Overall, it was a pleasant and worthwhile place to stay!

Rooms was very very clean. Beds were very comfortable. All over it was very nice. Important thing was staff was very kind , polite helpful. .i forgot ask her name , but she was very helpful . I would suggest for this place .

No creo que este hotel sea mejor de lo que pensaba por el precio tan económico. La habitación es amplia y limpia, tiene de todo, refrigerador, TV, aire acondicionado, dos botellas de agua, guardia de seguridad, incluso personal de recepción Y hay mucho espacio para estacionar. Me gusta mucho, lo recomiendo.

Great hotel Very clean hotel. Great value for money Staff are really helpful. & friendly Special Thanks to Sam the receptionist. The have 2 great swimming pools. & a fantastic bar& resturanu called the Snug which is the check in reception of the hotel. It very difficult to get to the hotel. The hotel is 10 minutes walk around 500 meters from the airport. But no one will guide you as the taxi touts will wamt to make money. I got on to the maim road not twards the domestic aiport & meter taxi but on the opposite side & walked 10 minutes to the first 7eleven. Opp is a **** sho called gare 432. Get inside the lane next to it & walk upto the next 7Eleven there u will see the hotel board at the 7Eleven. Next to the 7 Elwven there is a lane. Walk up to the end. U will see small Buddha stature.& bike rental shop. Next to it is the hotel board. Take a right and at the end of the road is Snug.
