This little hotel was in the middle of Interlaken it was great, the young gentleman on reception was lovely snd spoke great English, he interacted and said hello everytime he saw us. The hotel gives you a bus pass which is great. The room was spotlessly clean, the shower was powerful snd refreshing, the beds were so comfortable matress, duvet, and pillow. We would 100% stay here again.

Es hat mich beeindruckt, sehr freundliches Personal, das gesammte hat gepasst , tolle Lage, sehr sauber, reichlich Frühstück Buffet , alles hat gepasst ... Unvergesslich Aussicht!!! Preis-leistungsverhältnis Fair ! Gern wieder . Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen. Danke .

Location wise, nothing much to critique as it’s situated right beside the train station. You can’t get anything more convenient than this. We like the modern design of the room, generally. The only negative point we experienced was the smell. There was a smell (smells like pee) inside the room but surprisingly not the toilet. Toilet actually smells better than the room. Ventilation was poorly managed, I guess. And the staff said there’s nothing they could do about it and to my biggest surprise, the hotel does not have an air freshener at all! Contrary to those reviews saying how good the breakfast is, I find it quite disappointing. Food selection is so limited and the quality wasn’t better or even on par with the typical hotel breakfast standard. Here I would like to commend on a particular staff named Iulia (not sure if I spell it correctly). She is nice, friendly and accommodating. I would like to thank her for her hospitality. Overall, I would probably come back to stay again at Essential for its perfect location.

Amigo a pesar de la entrada temprana. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero están equipadas con todo para una estancia corta. El desayuno se celebra en una sala de conferencias y ofrece algo para empezar el día. Personal muy amable. Lamentablemente, la habitación era muy cercana, así que el domingo por la mañana a las 07:30, podíamos oír mejor a los viajeros asiáticos desde su levantamiento hasta su salida con el coche. Para 175. - Los francos por noche no cumplen la relación precio-eficacia. Las camas son más estrechas. La habitación tenía temperaturas tropicales superiores a 30 grados, que sólo podían soportar con ventanas abiertas. Esto supone una emisión de ruido adicional de conversaciones y maletas de papelera exteriores.

Our room was opposite the lift, room 208 but we're fine it as not many human traffic movements heard during our stay. Thanks to the hotel arrangement for the room facing the mountains and it was phenomenal and picturesque. Memorable! One thing to note that the door at the balcony was a bit at the loose end, that you have to push really hard to lock it. It was super chilly in the evening, sometimes the warmer works but sometimes it doesn't, in the event if the temperature outside drop to below -10°, the room will be super cold and you have to rely on the blankets to keep you warm instead. Overall, the room, free WIFI, breakfast and public facilities did meet our expectation. The wellness area on the other hand, is a bit over-crowded in the evening and there were no signs of free towel anywhere. I'd figure out myself that the towels are available in each of the compartment in the wellness area as long as there are no other belongings from guests. There's a small playground right in front of the hotel, had some fun with my kid playing snow and slide.

El hotel está justo cruzando la calle desde la estación Interlaken West. Por lo tanto, es extremadamente conveniente, especialmente si vas a tomar un tren temprano. El hotel también emite tarjetas gratuitas de transporte en autobús y tren dentro de Interlaken y entre las estaciones Interlaken Ost y West. El inodoro viene con champú corporal. También hay 6 puertos USB para cargar sus dispositivos en la habitación. Aunque las habitaciones están al lado de la calle, la ventana y la puerta del balcón tienen doble acristalamiento, lo que evita el ruido. Hay aire acondicionado en la habitación, pero realmente no lo necesita en invierno, la tarifa para encender el aire acondicionado es de 20 CHF. El desayuno es normalito, nada interesante aquí.

No terrible experiences, everything was ‘OK’ but nothing impressed. I’m not sure this is the hotels fault, it might just be ‘Moxy’ is not for me. The Good; the bed was very comfortable and it’s ideal for local station & stadium. The ‘Meh’; really small pillows, if you turn over in the night, your head falls off them; A/C is not A/C, it just blows regular air, it doesn’t cool the air; Room was overly warm without heating, but without cooled air I had to open window, which resulted in a noisy room; Weird blinds that opened and closed electronically, ON THEIR OWN ! VERY VERY SLOW draining of sink; Thought breakfast buffet was over priced for options/quality (better grab something from COOP next door). Cheapest parking 25 CHF per night :O

Gracias hotel Beausite, por el Super Servicio, y la ubicación, realmente quiero dar las gracias a todos , quien el diez comienza de Manager, Equipo de cocina, Houskeeping, 😍 por la recepción que fueron impresionantes espacialmente, las Damas que hablan árabe, su nombre ””Haba””, era muy útil, poli, profesional, muchas gracias y vamos a venir el año próximo 😍

Nos quedamos en Grindelwald por unos días y pasamos una noche en este hotel. La ubicación está un poco lejos de la estación de tren y es agotador transportar carga pesada sobre las rutas entre la estación y el hotel. El hotel está muy antiguo, no hay sistema de ventilación en el lavabo. El Wi-Fi es pobre y no pudimos conectarlo en el cuarto. Hotel Fassbind is more than a hotel it’s an experience. Dani and Linda were local experts on activities to do based on the weather time of year etc. The rooms are incredible filled with real wood furniture of high quality, the mattress was comfortable the view was incredible from the room and the dining area. Breakfast was filled with local delicacy and Dani allowed us to sample several cheeses and meats every morning.There was an honor fridge filled with quality drinks and alcohol. The location is directly on a bus line and very close to Schlidthorn which was the first recommendation we recieved which was absolutely incredible. It is also very close to the city center of Interlaken. I can’t say enough about the quality of my wife and I’s stay. Dani speaks very good English and German and a language barrier did not exist for us. Also Heidi and Erich were the sunshine of every morning. Can’t wait to come back, Brandon and Emily Pittsford New York
