Excellent experience! Room is neat, tidy and quiet with lovely view from the balcony. We have half-board package which saved our effort in looking for a place for breakfast and dinner. Service was excellent for our dinner with wide-range of food options to choose from. Definitely recommend for couples and family tourists! Would be perfect if there is elevator/lift!

酒店地點比其它酒店遠離火車站。地方整潔，早餐品種多及有特色。 可惜服務上要給差評，理應下午三時入住，要等到下午四時才有房，也和1小時前指出的房間有分別。 我們坐在房間門口外吃東西，拿了一張布質凳仔放食物，在上麪鋪了保護。但一老婦（感覺是酒店的主人，是住在我們房間隔壁）經過，拿了兩塊布過來要我們再保護好這張凳😳期間不停的訓導我們不應該在門外吃東西（應該在花園內吃)，會弄汚這凳子，更提醒不能在房間裏吃東西，房間裏的垃圾應該拿出外麪15米外垃圾桶拋棄，因為會產生異味影響房間空氣質素云云。在移動食物期間。飲料倒瀉了，她的麪色更難看。又訓斥了一頓，說什麼毀壞了這張凳。 這樣的服務實在可惡。我們住酒店住得多了，但從來未有遇過這樣酒店的服務人員（或老闆）。 百分百不推薦, 住費也不平便宜。It is a really bad hotel stay experience. Highly not recommend as it doesn't match its high price with its service.

Apartamento de la ciudad de Berna, a la que se le da la bienvenida y la atención de una manera muy amable. Todo se ha ido bien. Gracias de nuevo por su estancia maravillosa.

Desayuno desayuno tradicional suizo, huevos al vapor y rollos de tocino, muy delicioso, es mejor comer yogur de fresa. El estacionamiento es gratis. Buena ubicación, con vistas a Interlaken, la ventana del primer piso del vestíbulo es perfecta para tomar fotografías

The room is value for money, compared to other hotel in the same area, this is much cheaper and affordable as a student. I love my experience here so much because it is easily accessible from the train station. I arrived the hotel at midnight and there is a self check-in machine which is very convenient, the staffs are also ready for help if needed. The room is clean and big with a nice mountain view from big glass windows. The staffs are also so nice to serve with my needs during the stay.

1- A 5 minutos de la estación de tren Wilderswil Wildeswell, es muy conveniente. La habitación está tranquila y limpia y hay balcón. La boca puede ver la montaña de nieve. 2 - El hotel envía la tarjeta de transporte de Intrakin. 3 - En realidad, esta estación es muy buena y muy conveniente para Millen/Wengen/Fench. 4: La habitación es pequeña, la gente está bien para vivir 1-2. 5: El desayuno del hotel está bien. Hamburgo de huevo de leche caliente. No hay problema con la comida. El restaurante que el hotel lleva es realmente bueno. Es más dulce. Otros están bien. La comida es deliciosa. 6: El hotel tiene un estacionamiento para los compañeros que pueden viajar por sí mismos. 7- El hotel tiene un ascensor. Es pequeño. Los ascensores europeos son generalmente pequeños. 8 - En resumen, es muy bueno actuar como centro de transferencia.
