It's perfect for us ! From the day we check in, stay, and check out. The service was very humble and pleasant. Onsen was a big big surprise ! And their spa treatment , really good that we wanted more. Restaurant breakfast, dinner all we tried and it was very high standard. Locals shop really can't even make me feel wow at all compared to this. We don't even need to go explore the city once we stayed because there are just so many thing to do and not enough time. We will definitely come back again and our memories of Hue was made perfect because of Melia ! Thanks. Billy Looi Room 327

My recent stay at Scarlett Hotel exceeded all expectations. I booked a room for me and my friend after 5 years we meet and visit Hue around. The staff here truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized attention throughout my stay. Every interaction was met with professionalism and genuine hospitality. Special thanks to a jiejje whom gave me borrow her helmet in 2 days and a gege gave us borrow his iPhone charger at midnight. One more time, we’re really thankful to the concierge team for their invaluable recommendations and assistance 🙏

I loved this place. It’s the perfect paradise. I got a hillside pool villa and got lucky with one that is very hidden and with some of the best views in the resort. I travel a lot for work and leisure and am lucky to stay in some beautiful places but I really really cherished my experience here - never had I felt so free and calm. Taking walks around the resort was also a joy. I was so happy there I never left the hotel, except when the very kind and amazing general manager, Christy, kindly took me out to dinner at a place right outside the hotel. She is a machine and never switches off, catering to every whim via WhatsApp. I’m so grateful to her and so happy whenever I think about my time there. Can’t wait to go back.

Second time back at Angsana Lang Co! Very relaxing and quiet, loved the pool, the ocean is super refreshing, good pool bar with good happy hour deals. Service in Rice Bar could be slightly improved, but had a wonderful meal and experience at Water Court with complimentary appetisers and welcome drinks. Also went to a happy hour drink at the bar above and that was also great for a night cap. Room was good, clean and comfortable but not completely sound proof from the hallway so a bit noisy if you are trying to sleep in with the early risers getting up. Great place for families or couples, but keep in mind that it is quite far away from the hustle and bustle if that is what you are looking for.

No me importaba, mientras arreglaran la habitación que había reservado. La habitación era diferente, estaba en el primer piso y no tenía balcón. No me importaba porque estaba visitando a un amigo y iba a usar la habitación para dormir y trabajar en línea. La reserva incluyeba desayuno buffet y fue bueno. Ofrecieron una combinación de platos occidentales y locales y una variedad de bebidas. Sin embargo, cuando me eché la vista, no encontraron mi reserva. El personal de la sala me envió la factura y me llevó unos minutos para convencerlos mientras les mostraba mis correos electrónicos de Trip.com que la habitación ya había sido pagada. La ubicación es excelente y tienen un parking para su motocicleta. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad.

First night stayed the sink drainer is broken, water is not drain away, so standing by the tub to brush teeth. Service fix right away after notify. Second stayed, at night water spray by the toilet leaking and dripping sound is so annoying causing hard to sleep, we close the door, but woke up in the middle night to use restroom and forgot to close the door after using it, have to stand up back to close the door. It was late night and we were tired so decided to tell the service next morning instead. When we went out to lunch, walk into the elevator saw the lock operation box hanging openly, then came back 4 hours later it's still open, we was wondering if the elevator would stop suddenly.The sky bar is very hot, not open rooftop, feels suffocating with winds from the fan. The whole night only able to get 1 drink, server doesn't go around to ask if we anything, we have to go look for the server inside the bar to ask for checkout. Overall, the hotel area is centralize, very nice hotel, clean, and great hotel service.

Exquisite hotel / villa complex in enclosed grounds with reasonable access to Hue sights. Well appointed room with balcony and good quality furniture. Two separate swimming pools. Después de un poco de mala suerte al llegar con nuestra ducha quebrada- el personal más que nos hizo sentir bienvenidos, oímos y se fue más allá y arriba para no sólo corregir el problema, sino para asegurarnos de que tuvimos la mejor estancia posible. Todo el personal muy amable- quería ayudar. La habitación es muy agradable y se ha llegado rápidamente, teniendo en cuenta el tiempo que ordenamos. ¡También en la piscina y el gimnasio! En un buen lugar, el personal supera lo que necesita para hacer su estancia fantástica.

The location is a bit remote from the main streets, but it is within a 10 minute motorcycle ride. It is truly a homestay, there is an auntie who lives there full time, who is relatively friendly. It is shown in the pictures, but I didn't notice that the bed doesn't have a proper frame, it basically lies on the floor on a wooden pallet, but the mattress is decent. The room has lots of electronic devices, such as a dehydrator and an insect killer. The TV is huge. The bathroom experience is also good. The huge issue I had, that made my experience poor is a curtain, that doesn't properly close the window, so it's possible to clearly see the room from the yard. The management provided a makeshift half-solution, and assured me they will fix it in future, but I share my experience. There are some other small issues that should be fixed, but after they complete I think guests should have a good stay.

繁華街に近い割には静かに過ごせる。 部屋は広く清潔。水回りもゆったりしているがバスタブはない。スタッフの対応は丁寧で気持ちがいい。 朝食ビュフェの種類も多いのでこの価格帯のホテルとしては滞在の満足度は高い。 室内にはゴム草履が常備されているが、使い捨てスリッパのリクエストに応えられないのが残念。
