Booked Novotel at AKL airport since it was the closest hotel. Room was fantastic and since we had a flight out the next day, saved a lot of stress of getting a shuttle bus with our bags. The room was furnished with a very comfortable bed and bathroom was huge. Even though the AKL airport runway was visible from the room, due to double pane glass windows, we did not hear sounds of jets taking off or landing. Highly recommended if staying to catch early flight out to save time and hassle

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gateway Airport Hotel in Mangere, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it an ideal choice for my travels, but it was the outstanding service, impressive facilities, and delicious food that truly made my stay memorable. The service at the Gateway Airport Hotel was top-notch. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the warm greeting at check-in to the helpful assistance with my luggage, every interaction I had with the staff was pleasant and professional. The hotel's facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a plush bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a convenient workspace. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, with a great shower and plenty of towels. I also appreciated the hotel's fitness center and business center, which were both well-equipped and easily accessible. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel's restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. I also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, which offered a great selection of local and international dishes. The food was tasty, well-presented, and reasonably priced. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the Gateway Airport Hotel in Mangere. The combination of excellent service, modern facilities, and delicious food made for a truly enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable place to stay in Auckland. Rating: 5/5 stars

The room was wonderful but the best part of the stay was the incredible helpfulness of the staff. She was from Nepal and her name was candita- I’m sorry I don’t remember it accurately. She took the time to help me order an Uber and suggested the haka demonstration at the museum. Her bright smile and helpfulness made my trip so much better

La suite de tres habitaciones es muy buena, para el parque Victoria, el paisaje es muy bueno, y hay una gran terraza que puede ver la comida del parque en la terraza. El cuarto es muy nuevo, varios empleados del lobby de la India son muy amables, recomendando que todos eligen este hotel de apartamentos.

Excellent choice if you are traveling with kids.  The room was very clean and well equipped.  The kids loved their own separate sleeping area which had a single bed and a bunk bed that is capable of housing up to 4 kids.  Room price included a complimentary visit to the top of the sky tower.

Llegué al hotel a las 11 de la mañana, pero no esperaba que el hotel me dejara registrarme temprano. Se puede solicitar agua gratis en botellas de vidrio en la habitación. Hay un puente en el cuarto piso que conecta directamente con Sky Town, lo cual es muy conveniente. Después de bajar del paso elevado, había un buffet con ostras grandes por sólo NT$67. Salga de Sky Tower y cruce la calle frente al Depot. Muy recomendable.

This is a great hotel, fantastic value for money, very clean, nice people, superb breakfast, we were very comfortable. Some of the decor a little tired, although fittings were obviously of good quality. This was reflected in the bargain price. Really great location.

The service at reception was 5 star lovely people to deal with . Room service was pitiful food took 1 hour to get to us after being told 1/2 hour wait , food was Luke warm some not really eatable . Shame when we paid more than $210 for the meal . And yes we were told it was busy at kitchen as when we phoned room service for the fourth time it went through to reception who got room service to call us 10 minutes later.  . Beds were perfect and room spotless was lovely to have aircon going when we arrived . However on second day room serviced and found flannels still on floor and in shower .  Hotel is usually lovely to stay at , but this time was below par .  We felt ripped off slightly .

Abstract Hotel is a convenient choice for travelers due to its proximity to the CBD in Auckland. Helpful staff, and a restaurant with a variety of option for breakfast or lunch. The location is very central, making it ideal to see the main spots of the city. The rooms are a bit small but the price is really cheap that what you get is more than enough for what you get. Overall, it’s a practical and affordable option for visitors.
