Para mis vacaciones anuales, siempre elijo un hotel porque no me interesan los museos famosos de montañas y ríos, por lo que la experiencia dentro del hotel es muy importante para mí. Al final, una persona de Chongqing Five Star y Regent eligió uno. Trabajé en el Banco de Desarrollo de China de al lado el año pasado y tuve una buena impresión de almorzar en Regent's Kitchen. servicio en la sección de comentarios, finalmente hice una reserva en la habitación con cama king size y vista al río Regent. La ubicación era excelente. Justo al lado de la estación de metro, aunque la entrada es un poco difícil de encontrar la primera vez. Muy cerca de muchas de las atracciones principales. Tenía vista al río y era genial, pero fue una elección extraña: la ventana grande está en el baño. Apenas se puede ver desde la habitación, pero cuando estás en el baño tienes una vista completa del mundo a menos que cierres las cortinas. Sin embargo, este hotel me decepcionó bastante. Por la mayoría de las otras críticas, da la impresión de que se ha renovado recientemente y está muy limpio. No es así. Hay moho ***** alrededor del lavabo y en el papel tapiz detrás del lavabo. Hay moho naranja en la ducha, la lechada de la ducha está muy agrietada y falta en algunos lugares, así que quién sabe cuántas goteras se filtran al piso de abajo. Hay manchas extrañas en las cortinas. La noche siguiente, volvió a hacerlo: televisión hasta las 2 am, pero un poco más tranquilo esta vez, pero aún no había oportunidad de dormir porque la habitación de al lado estaba viendo televisión hasta las 4 am. Y solo para asegurarse de que no puedas recuperar el sueño por la mañana, la Ayi de la limpieza comienza a hacer ruido a las 9 am. Recuerda, puedes escuchar absolutamente todo lo que hacen las personas en este lugar. El wifi también está justo encima de la cama y tiene luces brillantes encendidas todo el tiempo. Ah, y las instalaciones. Elegí este hotel en lugar de otros en Chongqing porque anunciaban que había servicio de lavandería para huéspedes. Le pregunté al respecto y me dijo que estaba en el piso 31. Bueno, el ascensor que da servicio al hotel no llega hasta el piso 31, por lo que hay que bajar hasta la planta baja y tomar otro ascensor para volver a subir. Cuando llegué, parecía que era un estudio de grabación de música o algo así, no un hotel, y les sorprendió mucho que un hotel enviara a alguien allí. Cuando le expliqué un poco más, finalmente me mostró la habitación con una lavadora, pero era solo eso: una lavadora básica, sin instalaciones para secar, sin espacio para secar cosas, y aparentemente no estaban muy seguros de si podía usarla, así que al final no me molesté y tuve que reutilizar la ropa para un segundo día durante mi estadía en Chongqing. Como dije, la ubicación es excelente, pero hay varios otros hoteles en este edificio, cada uno con un piso. Personalmente, probaría cualquiera de ellos antes que este.

First of all, the location of the hotel is TERRIFIC!!! You step out the door and it is the streetfood street. Very convenient when you wish to grab a quick snack. You could find us there every night. So location good for foodies. But the location is the only thing that I would recommend about this hotel. The view from the hotelroom is nothing special, except if you choose the landmark room, which still only give you view to the landmark, so in my opinion it’s just an okay view. Except if you room is higher up, then the view will be about better. Otherwise you will look at the landmark and against buildings. There is a spinning restaurant, which we have enjoyed for a night when receiving the free cocktail, but the view is pretty. View photo included in review is the view from the spinning restaurant at the top floor It is a young hotel. Not only referring to that it is new, but also the employees working there. Young personnel and do sometimes notice the lack of experience. During check out it is a mad house. Everyone standing (not in line) in front of the front desk to check out. I was trying to stand in line to ask a question and an auntie went in front of me. I told her there was a line and she said she only had to check out and the hotel employee at the desk allowed, however, auntie did not only need to check out, but had a question about her points and took longer because she needed to look up her points…. A tip for the hotel is to work on how to organize the check out, since I do expect more from a 4 star hotel… Some other things I noticed about the hotel: - Keycard does not always work very well in elevator. Saw more guest struggling so it was not only our cards. - Glass door to bathroom which can make quite awkward! We are a couple so it was okay for us, but it was really quite transparent! It was still kind of awkward seeing your partner pooping while you were brushing your teeth, because the sink was right in front of the door…. I imagine this would be really awkward for friends, relatives or someone travelling with older kids. Also there is a gap between door and ceiling so smell easily go out of bathroom…. - Sound insulation from outside not good. We were first put on 14th floor (for those superstitious, yes they use 14 because it is an international hotel. For me that was not a problem) we could hear the sounds from outside because we were half facing the streetfood street. At night could be a bit annoying when staying in the room te relax. Later on we were put on the 26th floor and we could not here it anymore. We informed our hotel that it was our honeymoon and because we were there on Halloween, they provided a basket with masks and dress up things, which I imagine it was because of Halloween. However, as a newlywed that informed you that was on honeymoon, the basket with black lace dress up products, gave quite weird message 😂 black lace eye mask with back lace folding fan. Overall, really loved the location and it was indeed very clean. The shared washing machines also was not smelly since it was new. They also have a robot bringing the food. But for the same price, I might opt for something else in the neighbourhood with better view and bigger rooms. There are A LOT of hotels in the vicinity.

Overall, as stated by many other reviews, this hotel is the value-for-money champion. Personally, I would rate if a hotel were a real five star hotel or simply a 'self-proclaimed' five star hotel based on the service rendered. Le Meridien Chongqing excelled in this aspect. Every staff member I had interacted with was friendly and warm. Check-in: Was swift and unlike many chinese hotels which are distrusting of their customers, they did not ask for a deposit. Saves the hassle. Room: It was spacious, I had previously read some other reviews which complained about the red cupboard at the entrance was terrifying, but personally I liked the chinese style decor. The aircon was slightly noisy and not the most effective, but I liked sleeping in a slightly cooler room. The bed was comfortable, although one side seemed to be more 'slept in' than the other, possibly a sign of the hotel's age. I did also notice some stains and wear and tear in the room but it was nothing serious so I will let that slide. The greatest sign of wear and tear is the shower head, which although was Hansgrohe branded, felt like it was about to break when I tried to change the shower mode. Toiletries were from the Malin+Goetz brand, which I really liked! But of course, ThisWorks branded ones used by Marriott hotels are slightly better. Facilities: There was an indoor pool and a well-equipped gym- with a smith machine, something that is not available in some 5 star hotels. Impressive! Breakfast: This was the greatest let down in the stay experience. As I was going up the lift, I noticed a sign stating that breakfast was on promotion at 68RMB per person. That could not mean anything good. The breakfast experience was cut to the bone. There were almost no hot cooked food options, except from basics such as eggs, toast, cooked chongqing noodles(plain) and dumplings. There is simply no way that this acceptable as a 5 star hotel breakfast, something that seems to be mentioned by other reviewers. Other hotel restaurants- Not too sure why I bothered to try out the other hotel restaurants after the disappointing breakfast but, the chinese restaurant served food that was tasty, but the so-called ala-carte buffet was not great. The food options seemed like leftovers from another hotel buffet or something, and I counted a total of 5 pieces of beef when I ordered the dish 'black pepper beef'. Service was good and seemed well-intentioned though, although they seemed puzzled that I was not ordering more-- The food was not good! Location: Located in Nan'an, I had chosen this hotel as it offered better value for money than its 5 star competitors in JieFangBei or the Conrad. It was also located in front of a Rail Transit station although I only used it once since the trains were crowded and it was quicker to grab a DiDi around. I think the biggest plus regarding its location is the adjacent Wanda Plaza, which had everything from a Sephora, Uniqlo and many other shops. I regretted not visiting it first before hopping on the train. To summarise, I would recommend a first time visitor to Chongqing to stay in this hotel, but would I visit it again? Perhaps not, as I would like to try out other options in Chongqing that are newer, and can provide better breakfasts.

Como era de esperar.!!! Este es el único departamento con servicio que mi familia y yo siempre preferimos/recomendamos, donde se ocupan de todo lo que necesitas y, lo que es más importante, ¡es económico! (Es mi segunda estadía) Nos recibieron con una cálida bienvenida, un check-in rápido, una vista increíble y su precio es MUY ECONÓMICO. (Consulte la foto) Todo fue un gran éxito, especialmente el personal (incluido el de limpieza). Salimos y mi hijo (7 años) colgó la etiqueta de ”no molestar”. El personal de limpieza informó a la recepción y me contactaron de inmediato a través de (WeChat) para confirmar si se requiere servicio de limpieza. ¡El personal de recepción es el mejor! ¡Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos en el próximo viaje!

Esta vez que vine a Chongqing, ¡el hotel en el que me alojé fue realmente increíble! La ubicación está cerca de la salida 1 de la estación de metro de Chaotianmen. Está a solo unos pasos de la salida, lo que hace que el viaje sea muy cómodo. Al entrar al hotel, se dará cuenta de que el estilo de decoración es bastante elegante. El estilo moderno y sencillo se integra con algunos elementos locales. Es moderno y encantador. Se puede ver que se ha puesto mucho esfuerzo en el diseño. Me gustaría felicitar especialmente a las dos señoritas de recepción. ¡Su actitud de servicio es de primera! Cada vez que nos encontrábamos, tenían una sonrisa cálida en sus rostros y me saludaban proactivamente, mostrando su amabilidad. Cuando fui a hacer el check-in, me ayudaron a guardar mi equipaje, me dieron agua embotellada y me dijeron que había café gratis disponible. Fui al hotel temprano el 26 de diciembre. Había un miembro del personal sin anteojos que fue amable y nos brindó un buen servicio. Nos preparó café y reservó una habitación. También nos mostró la ubicación de la habitación para preocuparnos. El hotel no requiere depósito y es muy conveniente hacer el check out, ¡pero el ascensor es demasiado lento!

A cosy family-friendly enchanted hideaway in the mountains with the clouds. The whole place seems to have been a long-time passion in creating the most charming and comfortable inn from conception to realisation with both the exterior and interior decorated in either a rustic country cottage or a European apartment style from the last century. We were so happy here and my child especially appreciated the room and all of its surroundings. Every nook and cranny of the place is excellently utiilised. From the dining room as well as the main outside eatery balcony, one has a beautiful view of the mountainside in all its greenery with butterflies flitting amongst flowers. Don't forget to check out the third story balconies and the library. Screen projector fittings are in place for a medium-sized conference. The place even has a couple of majiang table nooks should you want to play with friends. The surrounding forest environment of the inn is all sorts of paths and green terraces going off in different directions. There is a playpark for children with its own pedal-powered mini-roller coaster and other items for children to climb on. There is an off-site pond and ancient stone bridge nearby. One can take a short hike up the driveway and explore the diverging walking track paths. There's also an ecological technology exhibition centre not far up the road from the inn. A large portion of the clientele when we were there were day trip visitors in family and friend groups. Big tables as well as KTV facilities could be booked for the day. The food quality is fantastic and the portions generous. There are no nearby shops so all meals are taken in-house; the staff will consult you about when and what is on offer from the extensive menu. You can specify whether you'd want your food spicy or not when possible depending on the dish. The genuinely friendly and accomodating staff take such good care of you and step in whenever they feel you may need some assistance. My child had a bad cough at the time, and they were so kind bringing her hot drinks with honey and offering medicine they happened to have there. My Chinese is not good, but with a standard translation app, you're able to communicate what you need and the staff are so obliging to help. They genuinely do seem to be happy to be working there, and cudos and credit it to the owner for taking such good care of the staff that they in turn carry it over to their care for their guests. It was a pleasure to meet them and the owner.

I have been stayed at Orange Crystal Hotel for three nights, and it was an exceptional experience. This is a brand-new hotel with excellent facilities—everything is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make both local(me) and international (my hubby)feel welcome and comfortable. One of the highlights was the attentive housekeeper, who was always polite and thoughtful. She even reminded us to take extra water whenever I was heading out. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of delicious restaurants just downstairs, making it easy to enjoy the local cuisine. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay at Orange Crystal Hotel. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!
