Facilities: It's safe to say that 80% of the room rate goes towards the view, and only 15% towards the room amenities. The "Suspended Moon" room I booked, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, only had one ensuite bathroom. The second-floor room had a very narrow window and no TV, so I couldn't enjoy the view from bed… a huge difference compared to the first floor. The mini-bar in the room was also quite basic, but the unlimited coffee at the Qingfeng Tea House somewhat compensated for this. Service and Food: The receptionist seemed to be working very hard, but due to staff shortages, the service was relatively basic compared to the room rate. Breakfast was a set meal, including milk, congee, corn, sweet potato, eggs, and shumai (steamed dumplings).
