1. The hotel check-in time is after 3 pm, and the hotel check-out time is before 11 am.
2. In response to the concept of environmental sustainability and in compliance with government policies, OA Hotel will not provide disposable supplies, including combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton swabs, razors, shower caps, slippers, etc., starting from November 1, 2024.
3. Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel, pets are not allowed (except guide dogs), and aerial photography is prohibited.
4. On the day of check-in, you can use the sea view bath facilities for free during the opening hours of 16:00-23:00. The last admission time is 22:30. If you want to go to the sea view bath, please bring swimwear.
5. If you need to use hotel facilities, please go to the hotel's official website and pay attention to the opening hours of the facilities.
6. If additional supplies are required, additional fees will be charged (Please consult hotel staff for specific prices.).
7. When booking a room type that includes breakfast, the breakfast period must be divided into: 06:30-08:00, 08:00-09:30. If there are many people, a third period 09:30-11:00 will be added. , whether there is a third period will be mainly informed by on-site personnel. If your accommodation option does not include breakfast, breakfast service is not available.

The hotel room is nice and cosy. Facilities are very new. The atmosphere in the hotel and outside the hotel are great! Will recommend for family to stay.

OA hotel has the perfect location. It’s within walking distance of the beach and near the seafood restaurants. The staff allowed us to check in early. One downside is the staff at the hotel’s pizza restaurant; they don’t treat customers with kindness, and it seems they aren’t happy working there.

Basic but spacious room with great view overlooking the beach and mountains. Onsen was crowded, noisy with lots of children. The water temperature was not hot enough either.

All good on the hotel. Amenities was great but they have washing machine and no dryer. Room was huge and view was facing the beach. Very nice resort feel hotel. Only thing was the location is slightly further away from downtown, Luo Dong so need to grab an Uber or cab which may not be readily available during peak period or holidays such as new year eve.

We stayed 3 nights in OA hotel. The room we got when we came in we found cockroach near the bath room. Called the reception and got another room next door. To my surprised again, next door room also found with insect and balcony service yard found cigarette butt. Room floor don’t seem like have done a proper cleaning the floor when you stepped on is very sticky.
The hotel facilities are ok and suitable for family. Breakfast is in another hotel but the spread is good.
I hope the management need to review and investigate on the room and hotel cleanliness.

Sorry no bath tub, limited dining choices after 8pm... but reception seervices are great. The pool view is nice but water is cool. Buffet at the next building is super. Nice location, easy reach for boat ride to TurtleI Island and museum. Reasonable deal with a room with balcony facing Pacofic Ocean and the almost most eastern point of Beautiful Taiwan...but

飯店設施佳，有免治馬桶，但沒有浴缸。有陽台，面對沙灘的風景開闊。有洗衣房可以使用，對於夏天出遊，衣服容易髒臭的旅客，自己用洗衣機洗，非常方便！早餐非常豐盛，值得推薦！

在外澳沙灘旁，很棒的地理位置，以景觀住宿六人房來說，加上滿多的設施可供小朋友打發時間，價位可以接受。頂樓的溫泉池，較像是兒童戲水池，且水溫涼，不如將其定位重新調整一下為泳池，但建議要求入池前先沖洗。早餐到對面的集團酒店享用buffet,我們選擇10:00的時段，餐點豐富，也非常適合小朋友，這是我最滿意的部分。
