Yunoyado Onsen Hotel Deyang Branch

Luggage holding available. The hotel layout is not the most senior/family friendly due to having stairs leading up to the room. However room is spacious and bed is comfortable & clean. Lots of different channels to watch on the the tv. Shower area wise there was one night with a 5min wait for hot water. Having no full curtain or partition separating the bath area & toilet, expect the floor to be wet after shower. Breakfast is provided, you Indicate your meal option on the day of check in. The food area staff were very polite and helpful. Overall a really good place for couples!

Disappointment and frustration!!! Despite the excellent location, the overall experience was marred by poor service and significant discrepancies between the booked and actual room. Front Desk Lady Snowy was unhelpful when I asked for directions, suggesting I Google it myself. On the other hand, Ian was helpful and patient, and Service Staff Aunty Shu Yuan was kind too. The room was dirty (toilet photos attached) , tiny, and differed significantly from the booking app description. The staircase was inconvenient for elderly guests like us, requiring us to carry luggage. We booked an Onsen in the room but received a bathtub instead. The hotel also lacks public Onsen facilities, forcing us to seek alternatives elsewhere. Overall, it was a bad experience, except for the excellent location, which made it easy to access the train station and landmarks.

This is just a robbery. They advertise their rooms as clean and nice, but in reality it is just a very dirty and uncomfortable experience. First of all there are multiple stains on the walls making it look like an underground facility. It didn’t have windows, only those on the top that made it look like a basement even more, despite it being on the third floor. There are a lot of ants crawling on the desk, sofa and even the bed! How would you sleep knowing there are insects about to crawl on the bed? Also a lot of ants were on the towel as well. Overall the room looked very worn down and not worthy of the around 4500 ntd (150usd) paid for the room! That’s why I call it a robbery, this hotel is worthy only 30-40 usd, not 150! The towel rack was dented, the shower tube was barely holding and shaking, water was leaking from the shower hose when you used a different tap to fill the bath. There was no bottled water in the room, no bathrobe while it was advertised on the website while booking. NEVER STAY HERE, IT IS NOT WORTHY THE MONEY! 這整個就是在搶錢。網站上把房間說得乾淨又漂亮，實際住進來卻是又髒又不舒服的體驗。 首先，牆上到處都是污漬，看起來像在什麼地下設施裡。房間沒有正常窗戶，只有靠近天花板的小窗，明明在三樓卻更像地下室。桌子、沙發，甚至連床上都有螞蟻一直在爬。你怎麼可能在知道有昆蟲隨時會爬到床上的情況下安心入睡？連毛巾上也有很多螞蟻。 整體而言，房間十分殘舊，完全不值得我花將近 4500 元（150 美金）入住。這種品質頂多值 30 到 40 美金，絕對不是 150。毛巾架是凹的，淋浴管固定得非常勉強，使用浴缸的水龍頭時淋浴軟管還會漏水。房間沒有瓶裝水，也沒有浴袍，雖然這些在訂房網站上都有標示。 千萬不要住這裡，完全不值得花這個錢。

The hotel is good for relaxing as you can enjoy the spa. Their design is nice too. Very enjoyable to stay. It will be perfect if they have amenities like laundry. The room has some smell due to humidity at first but it is alright after the aircon and dehumidifier is operating for awhile.

It’s a really good hotel in the heart of the city. Really recommend it, if you want a chill and relaxed hotel for your trip. Staff was friendly and helpful.

A bit pricy since booked at long weekend. But the room, location & onsen was perfect. Highly recommended. Also, the staff even waived the extra cost to accomodate my kid, much much appreciated

OVERRATED AT ITS BEST!!! Please stop giving them 5 star when clearly they are not providing the 5 stars service. - Location wise is so so. I mean come on, Yilan is only this small. It easy to get by via Uber. - Was assigned to the LAST room of the whole lodge. Had to drag our luggages all the way without the use of elevator. - Room sound proofing was SO BAD that we could hear the “activities” going on next door! - Room was equipped with a sky light which was USELESS. Imagine waking up to the lights coming through the window ABOVE your bed. - Staff was NOT friendly at all. Throughout the 3dYs stay NONE OF the service staff bothered to say Hi. With the exception of the aunties working at the cafeteria. They were nice and friendly. I am utterly disappointed with the overall experience and hope you don’t suffer the way I did.

Good location and room with onsen that's awesome.

Location is good . The room is very clean . Value for money . Will come back again
