Building is rather new but there is no lift in the building and our room is on the 3rd floor. Our room has no electricity and they tried to fix it up without success. We were transferred to another building and had to go up 3 floors again. They have no power sockets at the bedside. Breakfast is mainly vegetables. Not recommended for old person.

很不ok的溫泉會館 進房間時就覺得蠻熱的 想說可能冷氣剛開再等一下 開了4-5小時後還是很熱 我們溫度設定21度但都跳回25度 問了櫃檯 剛開始還不承認冷氣壞掉 櫃檯人員回說今天只有我們這組客人反應冷氣問題 後來在電話中才說交班時上一班工作人員說我們這間冷氣壞掉 這種天氣沒有空調如何睡得著？櫃檯人員表示可以幫我們換房間 但房型從原本4人房換到2人房（我們2人入住 但習慣訂雙床 睡起來較舒適）到了2人房 冷氣還是一樣不冷 放了溫泉水想說泡一下比較好睡 結果水是溫的？？當時已經半夜2:30 真的很累 又熱 又想睡 超崩潰 讓我們不開心的是 為什麼冷氣壞掉的房間還賣給客人？？問了人員 人員第一時間還說謊 最後我們決定直接回家不住了 但我希望負責人給個說法 櫃檯說他會把這件事告知老闆娘 但退費的問題他沒有權限可以退多少？我說好 到了隔天下午還是沒接到老闆娘的電話 我們非常無奈
