攜程這個酒店的點評太少了，我來詳細介紹一下 滑雪：酒店就在熊之湯滑雪場腳下，走過去5分鐘，滑回來可以直接到門口，酒店門口有一站公交車，坐到橫手山2站（走過去10分鐘），坐到山之站25分鐘，是橫手山區域的兩個滑雪場之一，如果您第一次來志賀高原，可能去奧志賀區域會略微遠一些，如果是老手，就想體會橫手山的雪山美景，可以放心入住，熊之湯也有夜場，可以讓晚上增加一些快樂 餐飲：訂的含有早晚飯套餐，早飯自助，可以吃很飽，有咖啡，蘋果汁，牛奶，也有各類沙拉，火腿，麪包，納豆，晚飯是定食，每天晚上都不一樣，肉不算很多，但足夠吃的，如果不夠還可以加錢升級套餐或者單點，晚飯海鮮居多，每天都有至少一份熱鍋，晚飯6點開始，可以無縫銜接熊之湯的夜場滑雪 設施：定的和洋式（兩個單人床），床很軟，但不算大，如果能接受榻榻米，也可以嘗試，但每天滑雪回來，還要原地蹲起，確實很累人 而且榻榻米也會更硬一些，屋內沒有冰箱，可以把飲料放在夾層窗户，有一個小電視，但從來沒開過，浴室是乾濕分離的，浴室區域算是比較大的，屋內有一個儲物區，可以放置雪包等物品，充電插頭也很齊全，由於這裡是瓦斯爐，所以各種電器都建議去温泉使用，以免跳閘，床很軟，被單厚薄都可以自己調整，舒適度沒問題的。 温泉：附近最有名的翠綠温泉，硫磺味十足（其他酒店都是從山外引的温泉水，只有這家是直接蓋在温泉眼上，非常棒）温泉的洗澡位置略冷，但室內温泉很燙，男女都有室外泡湯，每天中午會交換位置，露天風呂可以看着漫天大雪享受自然的快樂，也可以那一把雪一般泡温泉，一邊冰敷，温泉水有很大的硫磺味道，非常天然，有很好的嫩膚效果 服務：酒店大部分的服務員都是日本人，英語確實不算好（長者英語居然比年輕人更好），有自己的一套規則，比如早飯的飲品不能外帶，有兩位台灣服務員很熱情，會非常主動的幫助你規劃時間，非常友善。酒店一層有超市（賣的東西不算多，不如山之站的用品齊全），三層有自動售貨機（賣的飲料也不算多），一層有一套自動按摩椅（非常搶手），還有一個桌球枱（但好像球不夠了），有一個mini博物館，酒店其他的遊樂設施確實不太夠，不妨多體會滑雪與温泉的快樂。 其他：地下一層有男女臨時儲物（可以在check out之後存包再滑一天，然後回來泡一下温泉再返程，前台小哥還會提醒你，把浴巾留着，等泡完温泉再一起退，很貼心），有火爐可以烤一下滑雪裝備，有一丟丟幫助，每間房間都有自己的儲物閣放置雪板，空間不算大，但足夠放兩個雪板

Estamos muy impresionados con el servicio del hotel.El hotel hace viajes cómodos y suaves.Hay recoger y desaparecer de la estación de Yudanaka al hotel y desaparecer en Monkey onsen.El hotel está en la buena ubicación,en el corazón de Shibu Onsen, La vista del monte y del río en frente.La cerveza, el vino blanco y rojo en el refrigerador de la habitación son gratis.El arroz no es muy grande, pero limpio.La cena y el desayuno son frescos y deliciosos. El Shibu Hotel es un muy buen hotel,vale la pena de estar.

¡Muy feliz 2 noches y 3 días! Antes de ir, se trataba de un tiempo de estancia, a partir de las 16:00, pensaba que era tarde ～. Llegó antes de las 15:00. Si sólo quieres hacer el procedimiento de estadía y luego esquiar, puedes pasar por la habitación porque la habitación está lista. Más importante, hemos actualizado ”es conveniente”. Me alegro de ver la habitación al amanecer en la parte superior del techo. Es muy fácil salir de los depósitos de esquí a los esquís y regresar de esquí. Small and cute place to be. Once you get to the train station or bus stop, give them a call and they will come pick you up. You can walk if you want, but it does go uphill a little bit if you have suitcase with you. Staff is really nice and accommodating. We did have one of our friends ending up pregnant on the trip after we had booked the trip and she was not able to eat many of the foods. They were really nice and worked with what she could eat and even gave her a little omamori (like a charm) for her healthy and safe pregnancy and birth. Would recommend to others. The individual onsen in each room is wonderful and if you want to have more people gather together, get the bigger rooms. Mt. Fuji is visible but understand that it depends on time of day and season. Due to the smaller space, there is only one area to gather downstairs, which is also where you check in. Not a big deal for us, but for those who wants like a whole area to walk around in the hotel, then may want to look at those bigger hotels.

El hotel está cerca de las pistas de esquí, las habitaciones son muy viejas, el arrecife es viejo y no limpio.

Nuestra familia hizo un viaje especial desde Tokio a Nagano, y además de explorar las atracciones alrededor, observando los monos de nieve que se hundían en las primaveras calientes de Nozawa, y visitando el santuario Togakushi, el evidencia de este viaje se quedó en Issa no Komichi Biyu no Yado. En un primer momento, tuvimos expectativas modestas, pensando en ella como una experiencia más, pero al llegar al negro Yudanaka Shibu Onsen, nos impresionó inmediatamente la hospitalidad caliente y profesional. Desde la recepcion ponderada hasta la cena exquisita y el público único, todos los aspectos superaron nuestras expectativas y nos dejaron agradablemente sorprendidos. Esta no fue sólo un hotel stayit fue un viaje inolvidable al corazón de la cultura japonesa de la onsen. Si usted está planeando un viaje a Nagano, este es definitivamente un lugar que vale la pena visitar para experimentar la perfecta mezcla de primaveras calientes y naturaleza!

From the moment you enter Kokuya Ryokan, be prepared to leave the real world behind and fully immerse yourself in the experience. You swap your shoes for slippers at the door and don’t see them again until you leave. You will receive a warm welcome from polite and gentle-mannered staff, get taken up to your beautiful room, and once you’ve changed into your traditional yukata, it’s time to let the relaxation begin. The multi-course dinner will probably be one of the best meals you’ve had in your life, with many unusual textures and flavors to try. The futons are comfortable, and your room is kept toasty warm. There are even skincare products to keep you pampered and moisturized between soaks in the onsen. Honestly, you won’t even need to open your suitcase while you’re there. The staff will take you through all the logistics when you arrive, but there are some things that might be useful to know in advance. - The ryokan sends a shuttle to Yudanaka station at about 15:00 to collect new arrivals, so time your journey to take advantage of this benefit. - The ryokan also offers guests the opportunity to catch a shuttle to the Snow Monkey Park immediately after breakfast the next morning. - After you leave the ryokan, they will take your luggage down to the coffee shop opposite the station, so you don’t need to worry about those logistics. - Trains from Yudanaka back to Nagano leave at 12:30 and 15:30. - The ryokan itself has several private onsens that you can reserve for a 45-minute slot. Because the onsens are on the property, you can go in with your partner or travel companions regardless of gender. It’s a boutique hotel, so you don’t have to worry about not getting access to all the onsens you want. - The ryokan is on the main road of the Shibu Onsen town. The hotel will give you a key so you can wonder down the main road, visiting any of the public onsens you wish - however, with so many gorgeous and more private onsens in the hotel itself, you probably won’t have time or the desire for this. - Also, there is a coffee machine in the room! (I was worried about having to survive without coffee, and this turned out to be an unfounded concern). We had an incredible and totally indulgent time at Kokuya. Experiencing a traditional ryokan is a privilege that you should try at least once if you can. And adding the Snow Monkeys in give the trip a double purpose, making it that much more memorable. The only thing that would have made the trip better is if we had been allowed to linger longer over every course of our dinner.

房間乾淨整潔，簡單清爽，安靜 大玻璃窗，對着山，景觀好。 尺寸也不會太小，設計合理。 但是沒有桌椅， 也放不下。 設施：除了一個泡湯的地方，其它什麼都沒有。大堂連一個坐的地方也沒有。有個紀念品商鋪。但沒有賣任何新鮮水果或食物。酒店基本就是睡覺和吃飯的地方。 自助餐： 早餐東西種類不多不少。 還可以。 晚餐基本隔一天就是同樣的菜。 吃了3天再吃下去受不了。 酒店最大的優勢就是離燒額山滑雪場近。滑雪纜車就在門口。
