Great Ryokan and food. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. From the outside it didn’t look like a hotel for tourists but we’re pleasantly surprised after we stepped inside. It’s a beautiful Ryokan and probably the best in the area. Only complaint is there’s nothing much else around. Most of the restaurants are closed for business and not many shops around as well.

Muy conveniente. Un poco más grande que la mayoría de los hoteles de negocios. Es necesario tomar el ascensor hasta el piso 24 para registrarse y desde allí acceder a las habitaciones de huéspedes. El bidé no funcionaba en mi habitación.

接駁車預約時出現問題，酒店要求三天前預約接駁車，但必須要通過官網網頁的表格通知酒店，而表格其中的兩項是填寫電話和平假名。平假名還可以通過網絡上查找到。電話試過填寫原居地電話，但是不能通過表格的檢查，從而無法發送通知。利用Trip.com的網絡語音通話又只有日語電話錄音，應該是過了辦公時間吧。 曾經找Trip.com客服幫忙聯絡酒店，要求真接預約或電郵地址，但預約是被拒絕，電郵又沒有得到回應。 整個過程給人的感覺是酒店不希望住客能成功預約接駁車的。這個希望酒店能改善一下。始終名字是有著「國際」二字，希望服務也能接通國際客人吧。

A wonderful place to stay in. The service was fantastic. The room was huge, much too large for just a solo traveler like me but it would have been perfect if I had brought my wife and child along. The onsen quality was great, albeit the fittings at the shower area were a bit old. The food was hands down amazing and featured great local produce. Honestly there was too much for one person to finish! What I especially liked was that they had a separate room on the first floor where if it was too early for you to check in, you could drop your luggage off, change, and then grab your gear and head to the slopes. Same thing if you intend to charge the slopes a bit more on your last day, just leave your stuff in the storage room, hit the slopes, come back and change out, hit the onsen for the last time, then go off. Definitely recommending this place to my friends visiting Zao.
