皆さんのおっしゃる通りに とても良い評価をさせて頂きます。
偶然に 私と女将さん 私の母と女将さんのお母様と同い年と言うことで
余計に嬉しくなりました。
洗濯もさせて頂き 汗臭荷物を持たなくて助かりました。
お料理も 女将さんの手作りで お腹いっぱいになり
「芋煮」の作り方もしっかり聞き込みました。
また 機会があれば お世話になります。
友人にも 勧めます。

予約の時は喫煙できる部屋しか空室がなく、臭いが心配でしたが、前日に雪の状況や駐車場の様子を聞きたくてお電話した時、フロントの方が禁煙のお部屋が空いているからと快く変更してくれました。
とても快適に過ごさせていただきました。

Fantástico
UUsuario invitadoRoom was really as per picture. The view was great with the striped windows. Quite spacious, able to accomodate up to 2 suitcases opened.
Location is also great as it's directly connected to the JR Yamagata station & S-PAL beside. You will be able to walk to the south tower through the internal passage way. Overall would recommend - really worth the price point, was comfortable and had everything we need for our stay.

MMichal LihockyThe room was beautiful, with tatami, yukata, tabi, and a little bag with towels to take with you when you go to their proper outdoor onsen that's right across the street. The onsen has good amenities, has 2 baths one indoor that's around 42 - 45 degrees, and outdoor one that's usually cooler around 38 - 42. The best thing about that onsen is that there usually not many people there, often I was there alone.
The breakfast was great too, there were at least around 20 - 30 different dishes/foods to choose from. The hotel also sells discounted ski passes, and has it's own ski/snowboard rental service for lower price than most of the rental services nearby (the snowboard was of great quality, the shoes not so much).
When we checked out, the hotel arranged a van to take us to the bus terminal as well. Overall, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Japan. 👌🏻

UUsuario invitadoEs un hotel muy histórico que se ha mantenido en buenas condiciones. Hay dos baños termales para hombres y mujeres, lo cual es muy interesante. La comida es deliciosa y el personal de servicio es muy amable, pero puede que no haya suficiente gente. Comer en el restaurante se siente muy apresurado, como si comiera con prisa. La habitación en el segundo piso estaba muy fría. No había aire acondicionado central y solo un pequeño calentador, por lo que le pedimos al hotel que hiciera una cama en el piso de abajo para dormir. El piso de arriba estaba básicamente sin uso. El baño de arriba no estaba muy limpio y la bañera estaba oscura.

El tiempo de comida y la reserva de sopa privada gratuita se enumerarán claramente en el papel. El hotel tiene un coche de transporte a la estación de tren de Tibetan. Vamos a la planta de hielo primero para ir al hotel, debido al viento y a la gran cantidad de maletas, El personal de la cafetería nos ha pedido que nos recoja el coche del hotel. Es muy bueno. Es un caliente natural certificado por el guay, con sopa de sopa y sopa privada (la residencia puede utilizarse gratis una vez) la experiencia es muy buena. El cielo está caliente y se ve muy bonito. ข้อเสียคือ ผมไม่มีรถเวลากลางคืนต้องขึ้นลงเนินไกลพอสมควรจากถนนเส้นหลัก แต่ก็เดินได้ชิวๆเพราะอากาศหนาวดี
ข้อดี ข้อเด่น รร มีบ่อน้ำร้อนส่วนตัวและสาธารณะ บ่อสาธารณะเข้าฟรี ดีมาก แช่ทุกวันเลย
จองอาหารเช้า และเย็น อร่อยและคุ้มค่ามากๆ
โรงแรม มีบริการรถรับส่งฟรีถึง 17:30 น. หากใครเดินทาง ก็แจ้งให้ โรงแรมไปรับส่งได้ ก็ถือว่าดีเลย

TTeoGeraldA wonderful place to stay in. The service was fantastic. The room was huge, much too large for just a solo traveler like me but it would have been perfect if I had brought my wife and child along. The onsen quality was great, albeit the fittings at the shower area were a bit old. The food was hands down amazing and featured great local produce. Honestly there was too much for one person to finish! What I especially liked was that they had a separate room on the first floor where if it was too early for you to check in, you could drop your luggage off, change, and then grab your gear and head to the slopes. Same thing if you intend to charge the slopes a bit more on your last day, just leave your stuff in the storage room, hit the slopes, come back and change out, hit the onsen for the last time, then go off. Definitely recommending this place to my friends visiting Zao.

DDemi.9.2Best experience I could get from this place was the owner being a great cook and exceptional with her conversations and mannerisms in sending and welcoming her customers.
Location is wonderful too, as it is quiet yet not far from the main areas to eat and transit in Yamagata. Honestly 1 of a hidden gem.
Only drawback would probably be the hot tub as she is handling it on her own and if there are multiple people living there that night, it can get a little dirty, so I'll keep to using the showers would do.
Love the place so much!

RRosina KimIt’s quite a big hotel, 3 buildings are connected and there are many rooms. The rooms are a bit outdated but still maintained well. Service was good and flexible. Transportation to the village is quite necessary when the roads are covered by snow, especially with luggage. They have free shuttle bus which is great.
Best parts: 1. Dinner semi-buffet has unlimited alcoholic beverages including local sake, draft beer and wines. 2. Ski & board rental shop is right outside of the hotel. Although hotel only accept cash for the lift ticket, you can rent the gear (rental shop accepts credit card) and ski down the hill (20sec) to the cable ticket counter to buy ticket, pay by credit card. The location has lifts 5,6 and cable 4

UUsuario invitado離山形站非常近，但是在山形站比較不繁華的另一邊。總體來説交通非常方便。
酒店的入住率很高，去的時候正好有一天是日本假日，連自助餐廳都排隊。
房間比前一天盛岡住的好多了。床品很舒服。房間也不算很小。頂樓14樓還有人工温泉可以泡澡，緩解寒冷。這個價位有免費早餐，人工温泉，這個位置，已經是很好的性價比了。以後再來山形還會住這裏！
另外感激的是，酒店底樓給退房客人用的女洗手間裏有衞生棉，真是救了很多突然來姨媽的女生的急。細節滿分了。

UUsuario invitadoA 2 minutos de la estación de Yamagata. Es limpio y tiene suficientes comodidades. Cuando me quedé antes, la señal de WIFI era débil y no se podía usar en la habitación, pero esta vez la señal era fuerte y rápida, por lo que no hubo ningún problema en la habitación.
