Holiday Inn Express XINJI CITY CENTER by IHG
9.3 (1,019 valoración)

Holiday Inn Express XINJI CITY CENTER by IHG ★★★★

📍 Southwest corner of the intersection of Jiaoyu Road and Yong'an Street, Xinji

"It can be felt that everyone in this hotel, especially the front office, works very hard, but sometimes the efforts are really lacking, and the guidance and guidance of a strong, experienced leader with teaching experience is lacking. I feel that staying with Holiday Inn Express has exceeded my cognitive limit and reached a new level. After the epidemic, I suddenly found that all teams no longer have basic training, so my preference information was transmitted from the front office manager to After the entire team, there will sometimes be situations where information is not flowing smoothly to other departments, but I have adapted to this situation now. What I am not accustomed to is that various basic training problems have appeared one after another, which has caused me to start Collaborate with various coordinated resources and use various methods to diagnose the problem. For example, the problem of matching the order with the upgraded room type is a good case. In fact, it is a lack of training for simple operations. I feel that if this continues, one day I may be paid a day’s wages for staying in a hotel, because frequent travelers like me are really forced to know everything."

"La habitación del hotel estaba limpia y ordenada, y la recepción era muy amable. Cerca del hotel hay un mercado del cuero y un centro comercial Wanda Plaza, donde se puede ir de compras. El aparcamiento es cómodo y en Wanda hay de todo para comer y beber, así que no hace falta ir a ningún otro sitio. Además, la comida del restaurante del hotel Pidu es deliciosa. La próxima vez volveré a reservar en el hotel Pidu."

"Stayed here for two nights, the room was very comfortable, the hotel was very close to Wanda, and the city government lived very at ease. As soon as I entered the room, I could see that the cleaning was very careful. When I left, I left something. I called the front desk to deal with it very quickly. The price is affordable. There are night market snacks nearby."
