The staff were very helpful and sorted out an extension to my stay that I needed (it needs to be done online but they ensured I didn’t have to move rooms). Only improvements I could suggest would be better water pressure on the shower and a breakfast restaurant."

"Stayed here as a party of 15 for a wedding at Hazel Gap Barn. Super clean hotel, large free car park and friendly staff. We had a mix of rooms, family, triple and double and all were good. Ate in the adjoining Beefeater for an evening meal on the first night and breakfast the following morning. No complaints there, good choice of food and the staff were very obliging ensuring we could all sit together. Highly recommend."

"The environment of the house is good, but check-in and check-out are self-service, and there is a problem with the water pressure of the water heater in the room during the stay. There is no hot water. It is reported to Trip.
