"Tuvimos una estancia encantadora. La habitación estaba limpia, era espaciosa y la cama muy cómoda. Nos encantaron la ducha y la bañera. Teníamos una vista preciosa de unos jardines bonitos, con gansos y crías; era muy tierno y nos hizo sentir muy relajados. El único inconveniente fue la calefacción, pero nos proporcionaron un calefactor pequeño. Usamos la piscina, la sauna y el gimnasio, todo incluido en el precio de la habitación. Todo fue fantástico. Esta vez no comimos allí, pero volveremos pronto para probar la comida. Tenía buena pinta y la cocina-comedor es de planta abierta, lo cual me encanta."

"The name is misleading it’s not a business centre it’s an old house badly converted. It’s not quiet it’s right next to a train line was difficult to find in the night and there is ZERO sound proof between rooms as it’s a house. You have to strip your own bed. You can feel every spring in the poor quality bed and basic furniture. Would have been a lovely home. It’s also surrounded by prefab homes."

"¡Tuvimos una estancia absolutamente fantástica en el Holiday Inn Bristol con nuestra familia! Desde nuestra llegada, el personal nos hizo sentir como en casa y se desvivió por garantizar nuestra comodidad. La habitación familiar era espaciosa, impecablemente limpia y cuidadosamente diseñada para satisfacer tanto a adultos como a niños. El desayuno de cada mañana era excelente, con una amplia variedad de deliciosas opciones que hicieron las delicias de todos, desde fruta fresca y bollería hasta platos calientes. La ubicación del hotel era perfecta para explorar Bristol, con excelente acceso a las atracciones locales y conexiones de transporte. Lo que realmente destacó fue la calidez y la profesionalidad del personal. "Wow! Where do I even start? After a stressful time in the bus and getting wrong directions from the hire car GPS being out of date, arriving at this place made everything worthwhile. Firstly the place is incredibly classy and stylish, both inside and out. The place resembles a mansion. Then the room. Much larger than any I'd stayed in the UK up to that point and with fantastic central heating, couch and bay window. Then there are the many lovely lounge areas all through the facility as well as bar open long hours with Alfie providing first class help and service. Other staff worth highlighting are Alicia with her excellent attentive breakfast help. Lily and Shae at the front desk were both very helpful. In spite of a small issue, Shae went above and beyond to fix the issue even though it was late. This place is amazing value and I would recommend it highly to anyone visiting Bristol. Although it's a little out of the way, the extra effort in terms of car rental or Uber costs are more than worth it. ."
