"we are staying in your hotel from May 15 until May 22. The first day we came in the air conditioner cool mode noise like construction site. We only use fan mode until it was really hot of the last night, but the noise made us sleepless the whole night. I called your front desk. It was sold out until I insist to change room. When he called back it was 1 hour later, we were too late (almost midnight) to change it. By the way, the cleaning service is really bad, no coffee bag, no face towel, no shampoo. That made us unpleasant during the stay,"

"Le falta mantenimiento a la habitación (120). Por ejemplo, hay parches mal puestos en la pared del baño y aún se ven los agujeros de taladro de trabajos anteriores.  Llegué y vi una cocaracha en la tina (hay que fumigar más seguido). También la base de la taza del baño no está fija; es decir, cuando uno se sienta, se mueve de abajo (de la parte del suelo)."
