Nos quedamos durante la onda de calor y no hay cono ni ventilador y muy poco aire entraba en las habitaciones. ¡Muy ruidoso con los huéspedes que pasan por las puertas toda la noche- las puertas tendían a cerrar el botín en lugar de cerrar suavemente- puede ser útil pedir un final tranquilo de la habitación de corredor! No era costoso permanecer así diría bastante precio"

Se conoce con un NO más empatico! , por el asistente con tatuajes . Se parecía muy rudo y no con él . También me dijo de una manera más condescendente. No está contento con su actitud. Muchas otras personas también estaban molestadas por su actitud e insolencia. Creo que deberías revisar la imagen CCTV. Muy maldito!"

"Do not stay here. We are two women who wanted a safe space to stay in Wigan. Instead, when we had booked an ensuite, we were allocated a "private bathroom". This meant you had to leave the safety of your room to enter a corridor to enter a code to access the toilet. We left and booked a new room in the Premier Inn. Similar in price and a lot safer. Having contacted the owner we were met with a deeply unpleasant response that was rather misogynistic and offered no refund, unsurprisingly. Please, if you are a woman, do not book here."

"Booked this hotel as was close to DW Stadium (25 min walk) and we were here to see the Lathums. We needed a family room which is why we booked this hotel/pub. On arrival the girl who gave us our keys and showed us to our room was nice and friendly. Room clean but very basic. Car park across the road. Pay as you go. Could not pay for 24 hours so have to be up early to get another ticket. No problem with that as loud music from downstairs since 6 AM!!!!!!! I know there’s a pub downstairs but this is just ridiculous. Couldn’t wait to get out of there if I’m being honest. I would never stay here again. You get what you pay for. Won’t make the same mistake twice."
