"Horrible place to stay. I book a room at the front, and they switched me to a room at the back. They never asked if I wanted to change rooms. The owner just forces the change on me and never gave me a choice. It looks like a nice historical house from the outside, and it is located in a central area, which is great to be able to walk everywhere. Whitehorse is a small town, so everywhere is a short walk. A car is only needed to leave Whitehorse area. On the inside, everything is ancient and needs improvement. The owner was rude to me."

"It’s a 2 star hotel , so no prior expectations and it matched that. It’s in the city centre so easy access to everything, room was good, stains on bedding as noted by other reviews.  I had to request a cleaning as there was no instruction on check in that there should have been a knob hanger to request it ( which my room did not have) as I was travelling for work this suited my needs, and was affordable."
