"Un hotel muy anticuado, pero con un buen personal amable. Una habitación agradable en el edificio adyacente donde puede entrar de sed sin portador nocturno. Así que no estaban allí para un matrimonio para el entorno. Buen desayuno con todo, elección suficiente. Ya habían pedido un taxi en el futuro y todo estaba bien organizado, un buen servicio. También tuvieron un buen contacto por correo electrónico y podían transmitir todos los deseos."

"The Tannenhäuschen was always a place for fine dining and relaxation. The spa area, sauna, etc. was top notch but the salt thermal baths/indoor pool weren't heated in January and they aren't now either. And the buffet for 49 euros per person is unacceptable. There was a group of 50 men there and we were chatting and I asked why none of them were at the buffet? The answer was it didn't taste good, I couldn't confirm this but it's definitely not worth 49 euros."

"Personal muy amable, sea en la recepción o en el desayuno. El desayuno es bueno, el toque mMn de la “taquilla”. Otra selección de pan/pan, revestimiento, musli, etc. pero suficiente.La enorme habitación con balcón era muy caliente. Un ventilador estaba listo, pero sólo hizo algo. Un armadura de vuelo al menos delante de la ventana en la habitación sería deseable. El equipo ha llegado algo a los años, pero limpio y mantenido. Baño/Ducha muy limpio. En el techo de la habitación y en las ventanas había un par de tejidos de hilos. ¿Me quedaría ahí otra vez? Sí."

"I stayed at Hotel Kaiserhof while I was stationed in Wesel for a short period (UK military, based at Schill-Kaserne). It was a really convenient place to stay. The location is spot on — right in the town centre, and you can walk to pretty much everything. There’s a supermarket directly behind the hotel, which came in handy. Big plus as well: a free car park. There’s a restaurant downstairs in the building and it’s reopened this year. I ate there a couple of times and the steaks were genuinely excellent. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice, and it starts early (from 6am), which suited my schedule. I started out in a standard room, which was a bit on the small side. As I ended up staying longer, I moved to a comfort room — much better for an extended stay. More space and a balcony as well, which I appreciated. Overall, I was very happy. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, everything was clean, and the price felt fair. Also, sorting the bill through the travel office/booking team was straightforward every time. I’d definitely recommend it, and I’d stay there again."

"La ubicación es excelente, el paisaje es agradable pero cerca de la ciudad/la ciudad. Los árboles, los buques y las flores comenzaron a ser buenas y el aire era tan profusivo. Era realmente interesante ver la memoria de guerra en la propiedad. Disfruta también del desayuno!!"

"Dear Tannenhäuschen team, the service and the food were exceptionally good. We found the room to be adequate for the price. The curtain had come off the roll on one side and was hanging down. The smell coming from the kitchen in the bathroom was not good, as was our view from room 401. That was a shame and not appropriate. Since we only stayed one night, we did not ask for another room. In addition, the price of a glass of wine is extremely high at €9. The spa area is nice, but in some places it needs renovation. (Brown spots on the ceiling in the brine area) All of this means that I will not be visiting again. Nevertheless, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the extremely friendly service. Kind regards, Kirsten König"

"Un hotel algo anticuado en la periferia del centro (no en el Rin). ¡Vinimos con la bicicleta, y había garajes disponibles donde podía guardar y cargar las bicicletas; muy bien! La habitación estaba llena: buena cama, pequeña bañera, gran ventana. Uno desventaja: no hay aire acondicionado, sino un ventilador ligeramente sucio. El desayuno era suficiente. panes frescas, suficientes platos. El restaurante del hotel también sirvió una comida buena, deliciosa y beneficiosa en las porciones inmensas."

"Nos congratulamos , sin palabras nos pusieron en la mano la clave para el último piso (3.) , sólo en preguntas nos explicaron en qué entrada de la casa teníamos que entrar. No hay ascensor, no hay ayuda para las personas mayores. 3 pisos por un paseo incómodo. El apartamento era frío, pero limpio. Ninguna cuerda en el armario, jabón- y. donante de champú adesivo y inútil, ningún horno, sólo 1 bañera para 3 habitaciones, matraces de piedra dura.Ninguna más información, ninguna clave de la red, muy decorado espartánicamente. Para los jóvenes sin derecho, está bien."
