"Bueno no recomiendo para nada este hotel ...si quieren perder vuestro dinero y arruinar vuestras vacaciones ir porque nos hemos sentido maltratadas . En primer lugar por un error en el numero de reserva nos querían dejar en la calle , en medio de la nada, puesto que el hotel está bastante aislado y perdido entre olivos, en vez de intentar solucionar el problema tuvimos que llamar a nuestra agencia de viajes la cual nos lo solucionó desde España, puesto que tanto el personal de recepción como los encargados se lavaron las manos y más allá de ayudarnos nos ignoraban y nos hicieron sentir fatal hasta el punto de hacernos llorar. Buenos las habitaciones están muy lejos de satisfacer las expectativas de un hotel de 5 estrellas...hormigas...azulejos rotos ducha y bañera sin mamparas etc ...más que un hotel es la casa del terror...aun así al estar en medio de la nada hemos pasado los cuatro días como hemos podido mi hija y yo....A la hora de irnos pedimos que por favor nos llamarán un taxi y el personal tan maleducado y prepotente nos dicen que lo busquemos en Google y que ellos no hablan sino inglés y que no los moleste....yo personalmente no recomiendo este hotel para nada nos vamos con muy mal sabor de boca puesto que veníamos con otras expectativas y ha sido una estancia de maltrato y supervivencia sin ningún tipo de comodidad....y la comida mejor no les comentó ...solo decir que el todo incluido es lo que ellos consideren no Todo...espero ayudar para que no os estropeen vuestras vacaciones que con tanto esfuerzo ,trabajo e ilusión preparamos. Sin duda el peor hotel del mundo!!!!!"

"As others have indicated, the rooms could do with a makeover especially the bathrooms. The place could also do with another bar as even though there are 2, they don’t open at the same time so evenings were crowded with not many places to sit and the bar was really busy. The food is acceptable and nicely cooked but not a huge variety, mainly meat and salads. Having said all that, we had a lovely time, the staff were amazing, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable."

"9/Sept/24 Stayed at Bella Vista 2years ago.Been taken over again, the only staff from previous visit is Vangelis he works the bar. I feel so sorry for him having to deal with all the customer complaints at the moment would not suprise me if he leaves at end of season too, he's the only asset the hotel has got and trying his best to deal with it all. When the owners daughter Georgia works the bar the price of your drinks are never the same even when your order is the same, thankfully vangelis sorts it later. The pool is filthy and so murky you cant see the bottom its full of insects, and the edges have a tide mark of algae so i wouldn't risk getting in it. The snack bar isn't open,but every afternoon around 4oclock the owners sit in the snack bar area to eat their meal and have a glass of wine,something we'd loved to have done but sadly not this time, i found it quite rude of them to do it to be honest especially when the hotel advertises a snack bar open. The smell of their lunch wafting around the pool area sets stomachs a rumbling. Its 7euro in a taxi to the nearest supermarket as its in the village also the nearest restaurant and pub. We were aware of that when we booked and that was fine for us but like many here today sitting around the pool we like to have snacks at lunch time with a glass or two of ouzo. Even if you could walk the village for supplies in this heat it would wipe you out simply carrying it back. Walk the village and taxi back with the shopping so add the extra 7euros on to the bill We won't be returning i would have preferred to give a zero star but couldn't, the star I gave is for Vangelis"
