Golden Tulip Varna ★★★★
"Muy bueno, muy limpio"
Hotel Palitra ★★★
Ensana Aquahouse ★★★★★
"Nice Hotel !!"
Royal Beach ★★★
Azalia Beach Hotel Balneo & Spa ★★★★
Atlas Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive ★★★★
"Let's start with the pluses, it's definitely the location and the daily change of towels. The younger bartender is nice, but in the evenings one person at the bar is definitely not enough. There are no complaints about the service in general. But there are more minuses - the water in the outdoor pool is freezing, sitting there for a few minutes you could freeze, on the beach it's much warmer. The outdoor pool is only open until 6 pm, and the indoor until 7 pm, which unfortunately seems a bit too short to us. There is no music by the pools. In the lobby with the bar in the evenings there is also generally no excitement, sometimes a match was on. No entertainment for adults, nor promised cooking shows. The food is terrible - terribly greasy, breakfasts are the same every day, for lunch mainly chicken and for dinner reheated dinner, where reheated is too strong a word because they tended to get cold. Twice we came across a hair in the pasta bake.. the peppers often tasted as if they were already rotten, as did the tomatoes, not to mention the melon. Soup was literally oil and water. Roasted potatoes were also swimming in oil. Sometimes only water came out of the drinks machine, and if it was refilled, the juices were heavily diluted anyway. Every dessert tasted the same as an old sponge cake. The snacks available between lunch and dinner were in the lobby outside so they were covered in wasps and flies, only on the penultimate day did the staff start covering them up. A plus for access to scooped ice cream all day long. Halfway through our trip, 3 or 4 COACHES with young people who had some sports competitions arrived at the hotel. It is a really big hotel, but they were unable to allocate a separate floor or at least give rooms next to each other. So we had a room between them, which is why every day before breakfast we were woken up by banging on the door because they were "mistaken" and thought it was a friend's room... also after returning from training. Paying attention did not help. In the evening they ran around the corridors with deodorant and a lighter, spraying and chasing each other. Or they changed the signs on the doors regarding cleaning. At lunches and dinners they put gigantic portions on plates, which of course they did not eat 3/4 of which were left on the tables, and the rest of the guests had to wait for the staff to add food. The hotel walls were very thin, you could hear conversations and the alarm clock from the room next door. The balcony was small, barely enough for two people. Towels by the pool were supposedly included in the price, but there were none there. The ping-pong table was also included in the price, but there were no paddles. The gym was something like the cheapest, garage gym. There was a strange smell in the dining room and in the bathrooms right next door, but fortunately not in the room. If we had the opportunity to go to the golden sands again, we would definitely avoid this hotel."
Hotel Lilia ★★★★
"The staff were horrible, they had a sign in the restaurant saying it closed at 22:00, but one night while we where there, we arrived at the restaurant at 21:45 expecting it to be open but turns out they were packing up all the food, we didn't like the food but only wanted a snack (pancakes and bread). Another restaurant staff was texting his mate and eating all the sausages and eggs, helping himself Infront of customers It's supposed to have free Wi-Fi but there's actually little blind spots around the room, like the toilet, and the living room. The restaurant manager followed me around the restaurant because I had some orange juice in my hand (it was supposed to be 3 lev.) So when I got back to my table my mum gave it back (like she can even pour it back into the machine). Who even pays for juice, that's crazy. The pool next to the hotel was cool I liked it. Do NOT go here. -Olly"
International Hotel Casino & Tower Suites ★★★★★
Park Hotel Perla ★★★
"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely unfriendly and showed little to no interest in helping guests. Every question or request was met with irritation, and some issues were simply ignored. The room was dirty, with dust, a poorly cleaned bathroom, and it felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The food was also very disappointing. The selection was very limited, many dishes were served cold, and the quality of the ingredients left much to be desired. The menu barely changed from day to day, so after a couple of days we didn’t even want to eat there anymore. Overall, our impression of the hotel was extremely negative. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher level of service. We would not return to this hotel and cannot recommend it to anyone."

Hotel Aurora
Apart Hotel Golden Line
Hotel Amfora
"A great hotel! For a family with a child, this is a great option: a large double bed and a fold-out sofa for the child. The room is divided into separate areas, so the child sleeps separately. Two balconies and tables are cozy and have everything you need. There's no breakfast as such, but a coffee machine on the ground floor, tea, and cookies are available throughout the day, so we had breakfast at the hotel without any problems. There's a store nearby (30 meters), and a good restaurant (Bijou) is a 5-7-minute walk away where you can have a delicious and affordable dinner. The hotel staff are the sweetest people. They greeted us warmly and were always willing to help if needed, a real pleasure!"
Luna Beach Hotel - All Inclusive
Mejor no vayas"
The Palace Hotel, Sunny Day
Villa Chinka by Astor Garden Hotel - Adults Only
"Beautiful place with amazing staff and cool chilled atmosphere, the place has the right balance between chic and relaxed, the owners made amazing job by keeping the place familial and at the same time professional, they sent a cake for my partner’s birthday which was a nice and thoughtful, the food in all the restaurants is outstanding and the staff will do anything to make the customer happy, the restaurant next door more is also amazing and is a must try."
Hotel Perunika
"La comida es increíblemente variada. Buen cocinar . La piscina funciona tarde. Lo recomiendo. Lo aconsejo a todos. Venga"
Joya Park Hotel
"Super"
Havana Hotel - All Inclusive
"It is horror , First Mai rude, to our words turns and accuses us , that is not taking the situation . Far from the sea basin is cold , food is uniform. Intere no tv does not work too in the wifi room does not catch the Hotel is not worth your attention"
Arena Mar Hotel and Spa
"This hotel is overcrowded, which in itself isn't a problem, but as a result, the service is inadequate. The cleanliness of the rooms and especially the bedding is downright substandard. We had sheets with stains. The breakfast was very basic, and the coffee was undrinkable. Fortunately, there was an option for us to spend the time elsewhere."
HVD Nympha Hotel - All Inclusive, Private Beach & Free Parking - Adults Only
StayFlex by Helios - All Inclusive
"I went to Helios with my three children. It’s advertised as a 4-star resort, but in our experience, that couldn’t be further from the truth. We have stayed in 2 stars and gotten MUCH better service! We were given what the receptionist proudly called a "luxury apartment." One power socket fell out of the wall when trying to unplug a charger. There was a large brown stain right in the middle of the carpet. A handle above the bathtub was loose, the toilet wouldn’t always flush, and the shower flooded the entire bathroom. Water drained so slowly that we were standing ankle-deep while showering – and the same happened when brushing our teeth, as the sink barely drained at all. For four days I asked for an extra pillow. Every day the reception staff said "no problem" – but the pillow never came. We eventually gave up. Housekeeping visited our room only twice in eight days. The first time, they only emptied the trash. The second time, they made the bed, emptied the trash again, and gave us two large towels and one small one – for four people. It took 48 hours to get new towels. The same amount of time it took to get someone to fix the broken shower head – which the maintenance guy replaced in under a minute when he finally arrived. There were constant queues at the reception, but getting actual help was close to impossible. We waited an entire day to get an extra bed. Our room was supposed to have one double bed and two sofa beds, but only one sofa was there when we arrived. Many of the hotel’s facilities were closed: shops, the playground, one of the bars, one of the receptions, and the tennis court – which had been turned into a parking lot. I asked the reception for tips on what to do in the area, but all I got was a blank stare and a “I don’t know.” The level of service was shockingly poor. I’ve stayed at 2-star hotels with far better service than this. We expected much more. And the food… That’s a whole story on its own. There was almost nothing kid-friendly, except for fries and pancakes. No jam or spreads available, and butter didn’t appear until day six. On day three I asked the chef if they had Nutella or something similar for the kids. He sent someone to get it from the other restaurant – which we weren’t even allowed to use. The chef was nice and tried to make people happy. To bad that that was an impossible job.... Food labeling was inconsistent or missing altogether – good luck to anyone with allergies. This is actually a complex of three hotels. Helios is by far the worst. And no, you’re not allowed to switch to the other hotels or even pay extra to eat at their restaurants. The pools are okay, bur many tiles arounde are loose. Be carefull! I heard a lot of other people complain in the reception as well... I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not travelers from Scandinavia."
Prestige Deluxe Hotel Aquapark Club - All Inclusive
"Everything about this hotel was great. Food good, price great, plenty for kids to do. Not many English people there but we prefer it that way anyway. Not really one for making friends. Had a full chilled time "
Grifid Encanto Beach Hotel - Medispa, Ultra All Inclusive & Private Beach
"I had the best time at Griffid Encanto !! The level of service was above and beyond my expectation...having worked in 5* hotel for several years in London, that says a lot ! Everyone is so kind and always give the best service with a big smile. The bedroom was spaceful and clean, always warm water in the shower and good pressure. The drinks in the different bars are very tasteful, the main restaurant offers diverse choices for all taste, even vegan and healthy options. The seats on the terrace outside offers beautiful view on the sea.The spa is a little gem...a huge swimming pool with warm water, sauna, steam room...so relaxing. I booked the relax massage done by Tanya and it was perfect, I tend to be very tense in the neck and shoulders area and she has done some magic !! The sandy beach is lovely as well with the beach bar at hand to get beverages and food. And finally, the infinity pool !! I am out of words...this is definitely the treasure of this hotel...the view from there is speechless!! I did not had a dip though as 15° is too cold for me unfortunately, but I could spend hours there just enjoying the view with a drink listening at the sounds of the wave. My only regret aboit my stay is that I could not stay longer A big shout out to everyone working at the hotel for your amazing service particularly Gabriella at reception for always answering my questions with a big smile and kindness, Dylan (Didi) at animation team and Tanya at Spa for the amazing massage. Will definitely come back for a longer stay this time. "
