Ample parking space for the car we had brought. Exceptional dining experience at family run on location restaurant. 5min walk and 3 min drive to beach. "

"I booked an apartment with all the hotel services (I still have to understand what they were): -paid for the breakfast service separately: average buffet, but with packaged products and the worst was finding myself with a herbal junk in the buffet for the whole day entire week of my stay, and hard-boiled eggs that were green inside. - it is not possible to have lunch and dinner in the structure. -Very hard and uncomfortable mattresses, I asked for a topper even while paying and they didn't have one. -paid parking: 100m from the hotel and very limited for those with a large car. -I had a dog and a small daughter, the hotel exit is unfortunately located in a curve in the road and therefore dangerous: once I didn't have time to cross before the dog peed, not in the hotel, but in the road in front of it and the lifeguard even scolded us that it would attract other dogs, we apologized and was insistent, I wonder what the point of paying a surcharge for a dog is if this is not taken into account. - one afternoon the hot water didn't work and we gave the little girl a shower by heating the water on the fire, when we called the reception the lady replied that she was alone and couldn't help us - the swimming pool is only open 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon (absurd in a seaside area) I paid for the entire stay at check in, even if I could have done it later, I expressed my disappointment several times even at check out and the answer was: she's a white fly! "Terrible! I left the rental house where I spent the holidays with my mother and my newborn daughter to spend the last 3 days of August in a hotel. I paid for the junior suite with a non-refundable rate days before and when we checked in we found it smelling of cigarette smoke. We were promised a solution but they simply aired the room for a couple of hours, with little improvement. Imagine the inconvenience of finding another place and moving all the luggage with a newborn! "Nos quedamos por una sola noche, con reserva directa. Eramos un poco atractivos, teniendo en cuenta todas las críticas negativas, pero decidimos reservar con el desayuno. Vivimos en la habitación 316, una habitación “a medida de Liguria” por el precio pagado: vista del mar lateral, muy limpia y cómoda. Reposamos muy bien y sobre todo en absoluto silencio. Como sugerencia, aunque comprendo el estándar propuesto por una estructura de tres estrellas en Liguria, me gustaría evaluar la sustitución de los televisores. Pero personalmente, un buen libro con vista al mar ha dado sin duda sus frutos! El desayuno es rico y variado, con todo lo que se puede desear. Sin embargo, como sector, me permito sugerir una revisión completa del bufete: es una pena tener una propuesta tan rica e interesante, pero presentada de una manera que, en mi opinión, no es totalmente adecuada. Por último, además de la atención y la agradable conversación con el cliente, me gustaría que siempre prestase especial atención a las mesas circundantes, manteniendolas limpias y ordenadas. "El hotel está bien situado en Varazze. Está todo muy cerca. Estación de tren a 20min, playa a 3min y centro a 5min andado. Muy limpio para lo antiguo que es el hotel. Cama cómoda aunque muy pequeña. El hotel es antiguo y necesita un poco de reforma. Tiene puertas con golpes o pintura en algunos sitios caída. La cama era individual y pequeña. Un pena porque la habitación tenía espacio para que fuese algo más grande. El desayuno no lo recomiendo para nada. Un buffet muy regular: embutido y bollería muy barata, zumos artificiales. Me pareció un hotel caro para lo que ofrece, no repetiría."
