"The location for a 4-star is special because in a commercial area but at the end it is rather practical because there are several restaurants, a supermarket and a cinema and you are just a few minutes from the city centre by car. The room was very well equipped and clean, but it feels that it starts to aging a little bit. The beds were comfortable. The spa was very good but it missed the odour of essential oils in the hammam. The breakfast is very diversified and you can also eat sugar or salt. We had a good stay in all cases and the staff was very pleasant."

"We arrived on a day with heavy rain and were delighted to be able to park undercover. It was lovely to be able to explore the garden when the rain stopped. The pool is small, just right for one. Large bedroom had lots of luxury touches such as an umbrella in the wardrobe. The only flaw was that it was impossible to lower the temperature. Even with the window open it remained at 23 and we suffered insect bites."

"The room was terrible. It smelled so bad I couldn't sleep. A very persistent smell of mold and chemical products. I must say that the staff was very kind and friendly and tried to help by proposing another room. Same smell, although more on the chemical side compared to the first room where I ended up spending the night (not sleeping). it looks like the windows are never open and the aeration system is insufficient. Stains on the carpet and blue dots on the ham at breakfast. Oh, and the door of the room kept opening: I had to lock it with the key from inside in order to close it. Not worth the price (of an Ibis "style") at all. It was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, never again will I go to an Ibis hotel, no matter the category."

"Esta cadena B&B es del tipo Ibis.Este hotel estuvo bien para pasar dos noches.Habitacionntriple tirando a grande. Desayuno muy muy justito de calidad.Solo para la foto.Las cosas q servían eran cutriillas y de calidad moderada. El personal lo hace muy bien,muy correctos y se esfuerzan por superar la barrera idiomática . Al lado del hotel hay un Rteque es bastante malo de calidad.Para que no os dejéis arrastrar por la comodidad de que está en la puerta."

"Aparthotel correct. Mauvaise isolation phonique (bruit de la route et voisins du dessus), on nous attribué pour 4 nuits, un appartement au rez-de-chaussée alors que j'avais demandé un appartement à l'étage supérieur et 1 parking. Mes demandes n'avaient pas été lues. Heureusement un parking était disponible. Il y avait des appartements disponibles aux étages supérieurs et j'ai demandé un changement qui nous a été refusé au motif: pas de surclassement possible. Pour ces raisons, nous ne sommes pas satisfaits. Ce geste commercial n'aurait pas ruiné Best Western."
