«New modern hotel, located in the center of the town. Rooms a bit small but essential, with a nice design and beds are comfortable. Serious issue with water pump, interrupting water or working at very low pressure throughout the day. Swimming pool is great. Breakfast is ok, a bit basic. Jjons02Grande valor con excelente servicio y ubicación del primer lugar
La habitación era limpia y cómoda para el precio definitivamente no un hotel de lujo, pero el servicio se sentía lujo! El personal era increíblemente amable, y el receptor fue arriba y más allá para ayudar, incluso arreglando un tuk-tuk para mí a la estación de tren en checkout.
Una de las mejores parques fue la conveniencia el hotel ofrece alquiler de bicicletas y scooter, así como una variedad de viajes de día. Si usted está interesado en paramotores, viajes de balón de aire caliente, cayak, caminar, o explorar cuevas y lagunas, ellos te han cubierto.
La zona está envasada con diferentes restaurantes, y mi favorito, el mercado nocturno, fue a pocos pasos.
El único lado de la puerta fue el ruido, las paredes y las puertas son un poco tan finas, por lo que puedes oír puertas cerrando o vecinos ruidosos. Mi habitación estaba en el primer piso (la parte derecha), así que si usted es un dormitorio ligero, recomendaría solicitar un lugar más tranquilo a distancia de las zonas de alta circulación.
En general, una estancia fantástica para el precio, con un servicio excelente y una ubicación inviable!

YYollandiLet me tell you, this hotel deserves to pay its staff triple! Khamla truly went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing stay, and her kindness left me speechless. Honestly, when I first arrived, I thought, “Oh no, I’m canceling my booking right now.” But thankfully, they let me see the room before check-in and even offered a full refund if I wasn’t satisfied. In the end, I decided to stay for the two nights since I figured it would be okay.
Now, I won’t lie—the exterior of the hotel looks a bit worn, but don’t let that fool you! Inside, it’s spotless and conveniently located near a plethora of restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. I booked an exhilarating hot air balloon ride for $120 through the hotel for the next day, and it was absolutely unforgettable.
I also had my heart set on visiting the Nahm Xai viewpoint but didn’t want to venture out alone. The staff went out of their way to help me find an English-speaking tour guide, and when that didn’t pan out, Khamla from the front desk stepped in. She graciously offered to be my guide on her day off! She hiked with me up to the viewpoint, snapped photos, and made sure I was safe and sound every step of the way.
In the end, I couldn't have been happier with my decision to stay. The service here is truly top tier, making this hotel experience one I won’t forget!

CCyrilReally nice place to stay a view days. The fact that it's not in the centre helps if you don't like it noisy. There's enough space to relax and also the swimming pool is great. Some rooms have a balcony the others enogh space right downstairs. The staff is nice and friendly and very helpful with all you need. They can also book you tours, transport and rent Scooters. Would be my hotel of choice in case of return.

KkdreidgeThis hotel felt quite run down. We arrived to the lobby with two old mattresses leaning against the wall. The room was big and had lovely views, however, the door had cracks in it that you could see through to the hallway and hear everything going on outside the room. The bathroom is in need of desperate repair. The AC roared loudly on and off all night, the metal from the AC rattled the windows. The sheets did not fully cover the mattress (just a loose sheet on top of the bare mattress, so in the night I found myself touching the old mattress with my hand). White duvet had stains. Pool was really nice with river views, definitely the highlight of our stay. We went elsewhere for breakfast after seeing what was offered. Staff were helpful in booking a tuk tuk and storing our luggage for the day.

MMemexxLa ubicación es buena, está al lado del río y tienes la vista de la montaña. El hotel está tranquilo y no hay mucha gente alrededor, un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad pero el dueño nos llamó un tuk tuk cuando nos echamos de lado, pagamos 200.000 kips por él, pero creemos que nos robaron.
