"We loved the hotel and the room very beautiful bathroom and private pool. The customer service from the hotel was extremely poor, they tried to make us pay 500 pesos per day for bikes when next door they were 200. We feel like they didn’t care and all they wanted was our money. Very dissapointed by the hotel staff and service and for the price we paid we expected so much more."

"¡Nos lo pasamos genial! Hay muchas actividades para hacer y muchas cosas para ver, además de una ubicación maravillosa. Mi única queja es que estuve en Kassav 4 y la máquina de hielo nunca fue reparada la semana que estuve allí. Tengo que hacer esa declaración porque es un gran inconveniente ir a los otros castillos o lugares calificados, así que todo es una queja."

"Do not judge a book by its cover; like much of Tulum , tourism is rapidly entering neighborhoods. Once you enter the doors you are literally transported to a jungle oasis. It is so quiet and zen-like it’s almost unreal. Fitting with the yoga theme ( popular free morning classes) the staff is relaxed and caring. Jose at the front was especially helpful. This is a great deal!"
