"The room was very nice, very hot water which I love and it was clean. Sid, the person at the desk when we got here was very professional and kind. We were exhausted at this point and his speed of service and getting us into our room was wonderful. The ladies the next morning were as well. One thing I wish is that the room had a microwave, especially for extended stays. We started off with a day and ended up staying for three. I dont know if other rooms have them but I know ours did not. The only other thing is the people in the rooms around ours were very loud running in and out of their room, bangi g the doors, and playing loud music all at 1 in the morning. I dont know when they stopped as I eventually fell asleep out of that same exhaustion. Thank you so much Motel 6!"

"I did this booking because it was next to my friend's bar but I am handicapped on oxygen and my husband has a bad leg and is unable to climb 3 sets of stairs up to my room because their elevator was out and has been out for 2 weeks. I didn't find out that the elevator was out until I went to check in. I had to go somewhere else because they had no available rooms on the 1st floor. So instead of checking in at 6 pm and my husband being able to take a shower before we went out to celebrate our anniversary we had to find another hotel and rush to dinner so we could meet up with our friends and we were late. Then they refused to refund my money because I didn't let them know I was canceling before the 15th of the month. How am I supposed to let you know before the 15th when my reservation was on the 18th and I had no knowledge that the elevator was out of order 2 weeks ago! I will never use this hotel ever again! Ruined my entire night because my husband"
