"A terrible place. Incomplete build-out, yet still advertising as ready and open for business. Terrible customer service. Stayed 3 days, housekeepingbcame once. When an arrangementnwas made for them to return they did not show. Terrible boxed f"food." Television barely works. TV comes on for no reason in the middle of the night. Wi-fi is intermittent. They give tokens for accessing Wi-fi, per device! Stray dogs constantly around the place. Bathroom is filthy and looks as if it harbors disease causing organisms. Mattress is thin, poor quality. A place that should nit even have passed a cursory inspection from any barely competent health authority. Filthy linen. Poorly laundered towels, no extra wash cloths provided."

"My friends and i went on a girls trip to jamaica and we stayed at GC resort, we wanted somewhere that was clean , close to the main town "ocho rios" and affordable, and this resort tick all those boxes. This resort was clean, and very well kept, the room were clean and giving luxury 👌 breakfast was included in our package and the food was on point eveytime,and of coures staff was very friendly and welcoming. The outdoor bar was my favorite spot, we jammed to some music while chatting and laughing with the friendly bartender,she made cocktails i only saw in movies😆 THANK YOU so much GC Resort we had a blast and definitely will be coming back"

"Un lugar terrible. Incompleto de construcción, aún publicidad como listo y abierto para el negocio. Terrible servicio al cliente. Estaba 3 días, housekeepingbcome una vez. Cuando se hizo un arreglo para que regresar no mostraron. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los mejores lugares de la ciudad. El baño es frío y parece que lleva enfermedades causantes de organismos. La matrícula es fina, de mala calidad. Un lugar que ni siquiera debería haber pasado una inspección de cursor de cualquier autoridad sanitaria apenas competente. Lino frío. Toallas mal lavadas, no hay ropa de lavandería adicional."

"Terrible . The nearby Reggae beach is closed. The breakfast is non-existent..they ask you to pay for everything even if it is included in the price. The staff is not courteous. The rooms were on the street..full of noise all day and not cleaned every day. The safe was broken The hot water intermittently We paid for a Christmas dinner which was initially given free, then 50 euros each and then by bargaining, 25 euros each. WE HAD JUST ARRIVED AND EVERYTHING WAS CLOSED Unsafe place The only happy note was the Italian restaurant outside the resort... but we weren't looking for Italian cuisine obviously Never again... look for something else"
