"My wife and I stayed 2 nights, arriving at 4 PM by Uber(15 Br) from THE Airport. The Portuguese speaking receptionist copied our passports, took our payment, then presented our key cards with 2 complimentary bar drinks. We took one of the 2 elevators to the 2nd floor. Room #212 was spacious & clean with a tile floor, comfortable king, shelf desk with chair, closet, refer, large TV(Bloomberg, CBS, Motorvision, Powernation, Speedvision, This Old House, USA, all in English with many Portuguese channels. Good lighting, wifi and outlets but AC directed at the bed. Fully outfitted bathroom with hot water sink and spacious tile shower with super towels. The lobby's 6 AM breakfast buffet was excellent with OJ, many fresh fruits, ham & cheese, eggs, breads, muesli, many bundt cakes, flan, thermos of coffee and hot milk and a coffee machine We had an excellent salmon salad & pineapple juice lunch off their extensive menu. I used the lower level's nice cool 10 station gym but not the roof top pool. Overall, a high quality hotel with a good location."

"The hotel is housed in a beautifully constructed building with stunning views from the rooms. And that's it! The building is poorly maintained, with renovations that, in my opinion, were careless. The maintenance is equally poor. The bathroom tiles were disgusting, as if they'd never seen soap. The toilet seat was broken. The sink drain was incomplete, missing its cover. One of the images shows what you see under the sink when using the toilet. The painting and finishing in the hallways and the apartment were poorly done. The ceiling paint was spreading onto the walls. The floor on the SL floor, which is beautiful, was full of paint stains, dirt, and remnants of adhesive tape. The interior doors of the pool bathroom were filthy. The entire hotel needs a thorough cleaning. The entrance, which should be a porte-cochère, now has armchairs, so cars can't access the space. The problem is that the car is far away and the floor is uneven (often broken), making it difficult, if not impossible, to drag luggage (there's no doorman or porter). The curtains in the breakfast restaurant were filthy and torn. The attached photos show some of what we saw. It's not worth the US$100 (more than five hundred and fifty reais) we paid per night. We will not return and do not recommend it."

"Fui a trabajar con mi socio para Teresina y nos quedamos en Uchoa y fue una experiencia muy positiva. El hotel está bien situado, cerca de restaurantes y centro comercial. Además, la atención siempre ha sido muy atenta de todos los empleados. El desayuno con muchas opciones y la estructura del restaurante para almorzar y cenar atengan muy bien a quién está en el hotel."
