"I would not recommend this unit based on my experience. The apartment did not provide the comfortable and secure “home away from home” experience that I expected. My primary concern was safety. The external security grille door was damaged, and the metal latch used for securing a padlock appeared to have been cut off. Although a key was provided, it could not be used to lock the security grille door. As a result, the grille door remained unlocked throughout my stay, leaving only the main entrance door locked. This made me feel unsafe, especially during the night. In addition, the toilet door was damaged upon check-in and could not be properly closed. The bedroom door locks were also not functioning properly, which further raised concerns about the overall condition and maintenance of the unit. The unit was originally a studio apartment that had been partitioned into two bedrooms. While this may increase the sleeping capacity, the layout felt cramped and less comfortable than expected. The living area was not adequately furnished for a unit advertised to accommodate four guests. Only a two-seater sofa was provided, and the seat cushions were noticeably sagging and uncomfortable to sit on. The balcony chairs also appeared to be damaged and were not in good condition. Soundproofing was poor. Throughout the stay, I could frequently hear loud knocking and impact noises from the unit above, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. Another inconvenience was the absence of a water dispenser or filtered drinking water, requiring guests to purchase bottled water separately. What made the experience more disappointing was the lack of responsiveness from the host, JCHome by MWM. Communication was already difficult before check-in when I was trying to obtain the check-in instructions. After checking in, I immediately reported the safety concern regarding the damaged security grille door and the broken toilet door, but the response was very slow and unhelpful. Overall, the unit appeared poorly maintained. Apart from the air-conditioning and electrical appliances, many aspects of the unit showed signs of wear and lack of upkeep. Considering the condition of the unit, I do not feel that the price represents good value for money. The listed rate was approximately RM500 per night before discounts, and even after applying discounts, I still found the accommodation overpriced relative to its condition, maintenance, and overall guest experience. While the location is convenient, the maintenance issues, safety concerns, poor responsiveness, and overall condition of the unit significantly affected my stay. I hope these issues will be addressed for future guests."

"Room was spacious for the two of us, and we loved chilling on the sofa every night, snacking on chips and pizza while casting our favourite movies. The bathroom was clean with no complaints, and although the beds moved a little when sitting on them, they were comfortable when lying still, so it didn’t bother us. The lifts were quite slow and often busy, so we had to wait a fair bit, but the 24‑hour lobby staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The location was the highlight: a supermarket right opposite, plenty of eateries along both streets, and just a short walk down to Bondi Beach, one of Sydney’s most famous surfing and swimming spots. Although the hotel isn’t directly sea‑facing, it feels nicely tucked into the Bondi vibe, surrounded by cafés, shops and the lively coastal atmosphere. Overall, it was a great stay and a cozy, reasonably priced option for anyone wanting easy access to the beach and local food scene."
