Hotel was recommended by an acquaintance. Location was very good with easy access to MRT Beimen station and Taipei main station on walking distance. Check-in went very smoothly but the hallway was too dark so it was difficult to find/read my room number! Except that the room was good with sufficient space and nice bed/bath and most importantly, no noise could be heard from other rooms. Breakfast was nothing spectacular but no complaints either.

El hotel es muy moderno y limpio. El personal es amigable. Ha sido capaz incluso de echar YouTube en la televisión por mi pequeño, que es un gran plus! La lavandería también fue un salvavidas mientras visitamos varias otras ciudades asiáticas antes de llegar. No muy cerca del hotel, pero no nos importaba porque era fácil para nosotros hacer un viaje donde quisiéramos o necesitamos ir.

Sotetsu Grand Fresa Taipei Ximen is undoubtedly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service is exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist with all the arrangements I needed for my return flight. The bed was comfortable, but the standout feature was the spacious room. It’s incredibly good value for money, with a large bathroom and a separate toilet. The room offers plenty of walking and storage space, along with a cozy sofa where my wife and I enjoyed supper while watching a movie on our first night. Additionally, there are ample power sockets and voice-controlled lighting throughout the room. One thing to note is that the hotel does not provide breakfast. However, this is hardly an issue given the abundance of fantastic food options nearby. I absolutely fell in love with this hotel, and Sotetsu hotels will be my top choice to check out wherever I travel next. Thank you for the wonderful accommodation!

Second time trying this hotel. I still remembered I had a pleasant stay before therefore I decided to book this hotel again. I noticed they have changed some of the policy like they dun provide toothbrush and toothpaste, there is no make up room services available. As I am staying for 3 nights, I have accumulated all my rubbish in the room for 3 nights which is a little inconvenient. Though I think you can still call them to clean the rubbish or request new towels. One suggestion is to install a full length mirror in the room. The room I am staying only have one mirror at the basin. Not easy to make up and also to see ur full body outfit. Nevertheless, the staff are friendly and they also provides unlimited tea and mineral water, and also evening snacks.

These could significantly enhance the overall guest experience, especially in Taipei's humid climate. Overall, Cozzi Zhongxiao Taipei excels in key areas but has room for improvement in its facilities. I would recommend it for its convenience and exceptional service, but those looking for more extensive amenities might want to consider other options.

justsleep has been my preferred hotel of choice whenever i travel to taipei. centrally located within the ximending area, it is within walking distance to the ximen main shopping area and underground shopping mall at the metro. there is also a 7-11 located right downstairs and massage facilities if you need to wind down after a day of shopping. small gym and kids room in the hotel if you need to keep your kids entertained or squeeze in a quick workout
