«En general estoy satisfecho con la ubicación y la actitud de servicio al cliente del personal de recepción. Hay restaurantes cerca que abren desde la mañana hasta la noche, así que no tuve problemas para encontrar comida. Había un mercado cerca y estaba lleno de gente local. Al salir me encontré con el personal de limpieza, que también estaba muy sonriente y me dio una buena impresión. Lo único decepcionante fue que la ducha dejó de funcionar y tuve que esperar mucho tiempo en el frío para que saliera nuevamente agua caliente. Si puedes tolerar eso, lo recomiendo.»

«The front desk staff is very friendly and greeted us whenever we are at the lobby. Room is small but cozy. They no longer provide amenity kits other than shampoo, as part of an initiative to reduce the use of single use items. So whoever is staying here to remember to bring your own toothbrushes and comb. Location is a bit far from the metro station but you'll get used to the walking after a day or two. It feels effortless as you'll pass by convenience stores in the area.»

«Overall good experience. The location is excellent as it’s only several minutes walk from Taipei Station. The staff is very helpful, our first room had drain noise, and he helped us to swap to the 2nd room, however, that room had smoky smell, and he managed to move us to the 3rd room. Rooms are clean, however, the mini fridge is very noisy, and the shower head is not adjustable and make the shower a bit difficult. This building has restaurant, offices and 2 different hotels, so the logistics of using the lifts is a bit inconvenient. Overall good value.»

«I would have happily given the hotel 5 stars because the room and common areas were all clean. Linens were clean. Breakfast was okay if you’re into Chinese healthy food. I found the bed a little hard, though. I have stayed in similar price range hotels in Taipei with really comfy beds. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and I would still recommend this hotel.»

«Hotel bien señalizado y fácil de encontrar, muy bien ubicado a 10 minutos a pie de la estación central de Taipei, personal encantador y servicial, flexibilidad en los horarios de check-in, posibilidad de dejar su equipaje en el mostrador de conserjería, áreas comunes limpias, la habitación se ajusta a la descripción . Única pega: el fuerte olor a humedad que no sale de la habitación, situada en el sótano y sin ventanas. El aire acondicionado se apaga al salir de la habitación, lo que no permite renovar el aire durante el día. En conclusión: buena relación calidad-precio para Taipei.»

«Perfect location (right next to the Taipei main station and tube stations and Ximending area which is great for food and experiences) and the staffs were really helpful and friendly, and accommodated us with our special requests, thank you for making the trip special for us! :) the only downside is the room was a little bit too packed but I think it’s quite common in Taipei.»

«service staff were all very professional and friendly. hotel was uniquely designed and clean in all areas. There was also a huge selection of pantry delights, with free flow ********* cup noodles. Hotel also provides a free door gift, and free postcards for you to send back. Only down side is they dont provide free toiletries, but a big issue. Special mention to the staff for their great service. Will be back to stay here when i am in Taipei.»

«Due to Kong rey typhoon, I couldn't stay but it's the 2nd time I booked this hotel. To me, check-in time is unsual and too late ( after 4 pm.) I hope the hotel amends back as usual (check in after 12pm. and check out before noon)»

«Second time trying this hotel. I still remembered I had a pleasant stay before therefore I decided to book this hotel again. I noticed they have changed some of the policy like they dun provide toothbrush and toothpaste, there is no make up room services available. As I am staying for 3 nights, I have accumulated all my rubbish in the room for 3 nights which is a little inconvenient. Though I think you can still call them to clean the rubbish or request new towels. One suggestion is to install a full length mirror in the room. The room I am staying only have one mirror at the basin. Not easy to make up and also to see ur full body outfit. Nevertheless, the staff are friendly and they also provides unlimited tea and mineral water, and also evening snacks.»

«El hotel está bien, muy conveniente cerca de Siemen, muy conveniente cerca de la estación de autobús de la estación de transporte de la carga. Puedes ver si quieres viajar fácilmente y ver si no tienes que conducir y puedes jugar muy feliz.»
