«I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it?
Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea.

We have to wait 45 mins since they didn't expect our check in but, the fix it right away.
The hotels are clean, but not an A+ clean. You cannot walk on the room floor without slippers, it will get your feet black.
I have my wife and my kids with me. The younger one enjoys the stay but oldest gets bored about 3 hours of staying. Aside from the ice cold pool, there's nothing much to do. The gym with 2 equipments is not working but I think in time, it could be better.
Since they told me that they're kitchen is on maintennace. Even an ice, or a complimentary drinks was not included.

The only down side is the wifi in our room was a bit slow..but other than that, was perfect. Its really a great experience to stay in this hotel. We'll definitely come back here again..

UUsuario invitadoVery nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available

NNicoNOverall happy with my stay. The room was comfortable; the property is conveniently located by the highway. (caveat, at night you will hear motorists pass by but this should be already taken into account given clear proximity) Staff were friendly and accommodating; I felt attended to as a guest.
There is on-site parking however limited but I attribute this to my timing of stay; there was a multi-day event hosted at the same time so I feel the lack of parking was taken up by participants staying at the hotel who arrived earlier in the week.
The breakfast buffet was not excellent, but not inedible either. You get what you pay for. The dining area was clean and orderly so at least there's that.
I slept well here, I'm generally happy to have booked this as my accommodation.

Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out.
The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

Hablando de desayuno, Taal Vista ofrece una variedad de alimentos como las estacas filipinas, la salada y el pan, entre otros, que realmente me disfruté. Las habitaciones no son nuevas, pero son limpias y bien mantenidas (kudos a sus limpiadores que limpian las habitaciones todos los días!). Pero si quieres más instalaciones, puedes querer considerar la búsqueda de otro hotel.

AAnnieporjThe place is great and Instagrammable but there are unexpected that I'm a bit disappointed, like there is no fridge in the room. And they muss include in the infos that anyone who wants to use the pool must pay and avail at d reception for swim cap. And they allowed other adults too to use without cap. The tower is just near but the night before we checked out, the internet connections lost. But the staff are friendly and helpful.
