"We booked two townhouses directly through the Andari website and received one confirmation email back in May with no more communication until two days before our stay in July. My mother in-law forgot she had booked and booked again but was refused a refund of the second booking. On arrival I had to follow up the agent to ask for the details to be allowed to enter the townhouse. The communication was terrible. A workman then proceeded to paint and repair the awning at the front entry of one of the townhouses and so we were stepping over drop sheets and through paint all week. The milk provided by the agent in the fridge was out of date. We mentioned all of this to the agent and there was no care taken to rectify the situation. I would not stay here again and if you choose to stay don't expect good customer service from the leasing agent."

"I booked in for one night (as I was moving back into my home the next day after a 3 year absence) and found this accommodation to be excellent. The service was genuine, warm and very friendly and consistent as I observed this with other guests who were checking in. Mark took the time to show each guest to their rooms and explained things well. The rooms were spotless and nicely appointed. As a resident of Noosa, for over 24 years, I have driven past this place so many times. It doesn't have a strong visible street presence, but the value for money is excellent when considering its location to Noosa Junction and Sunshine Beach. If I was visiting on holidays, I'd happily stay there and recommend it to my family and friends."

"El hotel está muy bien situado, pero el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. No es un problema importante en sí mismo, pero nos habría gustado haber sido informados antes de nuestra llegada para que pudiéramos haber realizado ajustes de carga de caso antes de la llegada en lugar de tener que luchar por tres vuelos de escaleras con casos muy pesados. Después de enviar un correo electrónico a la dirección, proporcionaron un portador para los residentes de la penthouse (si es necesario) para el resto de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, nos hemos perdido tener a uno de los gerentes de edificios para hablar con al principio y al final de nuestra visita.
