I stayed for 3 days with my friends. From the first time I checked in to the last time I checked out, I felt very comfortable. The hotel staff I had contact with were very friendly. The breakfast was also good. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Hello Sri Malaysia Sungai Petani, Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying. We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it. Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train. Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel. Thanks everyone 🙏😊

I recently stayed at Swiss Avenue SP and had a wonderful experience, even when faced with a minor issue. The water heater in my room wasn't functioning, but the staff was quick to respond and went above and beyond to upgrade my room as a solution. The new room was spacious and beautifully appointed, making my stay yeven more enjoyable. I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the team. Nice hotel for golf activity, breakfast was excellent. the cons only no toothbrush for toileteries and quite distance to city as it offered privacy. coffee machine in the room 😍.

The location is great with a lot of eateries nearby. The sound proofing however is fairly poor and the amenities are basic. The check in process was okay however the front desk wasn’t the friendliest person ever.

************* enjoy staying here. Parking free, front desk working till at back end is good and helpfull. Call and ask at anytime reply in good, request to clean room also fast response, also ask for shampoo,shower cream also fast they send. Happy customer i am.
