Hello Sri Malaysia Sungai Petani, Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying. We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it. Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train. Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel. Thanks everyone 🙏😊

La cama es cómoda y el aire acondicionado es excelente. No obstante, el tamaño de la habitación es pequeño, un poco sucio, el baño necesita mejorar un poco y no hay ni siquiera una silla en la habitación.

I stayed for 3 days with my friends. From the first time I checked in to the last time I checked out, I felt very comfortable. The hotel staff I had contact with were very friendly. The breakfast was also good. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel for golf activity, breakfast was excellent. the cons only no toothbrush for toileteries and quite distance to city as it offered privacy. coffee machine in the room 😍.

Nice and clean room. Huge swimming pool. Various breakfast options. The negative side is i need to wait almost 1 hour for our room to be ready, maybe due to peak season

Clean and comfortable hotel for a night stay during Chinese new year. Price of RM125 a night is reasonable during festive season.
