Pros El camarero del restaurante fue tan amable y bienvenido, así que gracias. Las habitaciones estaban cómodas, pero yo reservaba para 1 adulto y 2 niños no había manera de que todos nos hubieran acomodado en la habitación si todos nos quedamos. (No se podía ir). Cons Tener que usar su tarjeta de habitación para el ascensor fue muy frustrante No poder utilizar el dinero también fue molesto y tomó edades para ser servido en el bar como una sola persona que sirve Tener que pagar £7.50 por noche para estacionar fue un poco caro sobre el costo de las habitaciones 😳

Hotel agradable, buena ubicación, personal amigable y útil. Un poco de citas pero decoración de acomodaciones para el viejo hotel. Sería definitivamente de nuevo.

Check-in was long as people were paying for the car park. They gave us a room for 2 bit there was 3 of us. Told reception, and after 30 minutes, we were told to move rooms. Sleep was okay. AC/ heater didn't work, beds were okay bit hard. The shower had low water pressure, making showers a long time. The breakfast was awful, too many people not enough tables. Greasy, stale bread, pancake machine didn't work. Kept running out of everything.

Excellent room and en suite, very clean and seemed fairly newly furnished/decorated. Had booked a twin queen bed as was only available at time of booking (didn’t need two beds) and they did automatically switch me for what I think was a king bed on arrival and it was a very spacious room. Minus a point for dinner at the hotel which is a bit of a let down. - The allergens listed on the menu at reception didn’t match the allergens listed on the menu in the restaurant, so despite pre deciding what to have, was a bit of a let down to find some dishes were no longer allergen free - Also had my starter and main arrive before my drink did, despite ordering at the same time (they did apologise, as they were busy) -dinner in the restaurant was over priced for what you get (no seasoning or flavour) Breakfast however was great and excellent quality for buffet style. I used the gym and although small, it was great for a short stay and a nice to have. All staff were super friendly
